Manufacturing Update January 18, 2023

Good afternoon family and friends. Welcome. As always, your BT Team thanks you for your support and trust.

A Quick Reminder Regarding Nov & Dec Orders

Now that we are midway through January, and the good cheer of the holidays has worn off. We are all deep into the grind and the January blah’s have set in, it is easy to become impatient waiting for your BT Bling to arrive. This is where we need to remind you all of the 5 weeks of production time that is lost over the holidays. With the time off for holidays, the high volume of orders placed in the final months of the year, we can only do so much.

Even though BT works weekends and long shifts to maximize production during November and December, our Vender Partners do take time off and that halts our ability to get your products back in, engraved and shipped out to you. This is why it is so important to read our updates, follow us on the social webs (Facebook | Instagram) and contact us with any questions prior to, and of course, after you order.

Most folks are good with waiting, but we understand that once we get past the holidays, some will forget, and become irritated. Team BT understands this all too well, we are car people too. Please know we are here for you so do not hesitate to reach out to us (email or phone: 561.582.6171) for that one on one help and a little venting if you need to.

Colors In

As of today’s update the batch White Powder Coat is back in along with both batches of Standard Red Anodize and the batch of Matte Black. You will find that information in the tables below this article.

We still have a big batch of polish that went out on December 22nd which should be ready the middle part of next week.

Colors Out

We sent out batches of Racing Red Metallic, Purple/Matte Purple and Clear anodize.

Factory color match B5 Blue, and Redline Red Pearl Coat batches also went out.

Color Batches On Deck

Next colors on deck will be Standard Black Anodize, Orange/Matte Orange, Blue/Matte Blue and Plum Crazy Purple Color Match. Those finishes will be on next week’s update.

Stock Statuses

Quick inventory update on some of the older parts that are getting a bit long in the tooth. As far as overall inventory status we will have each product updated on the website before the end of the week as we order material daily and plan accordingly. We have hit the mid month mark and we are rebuilding inventory now on many products that were depleted during the holiday events the past 45-60 days.

ABS Covers

These are on the machine now. Satin machine finish will begin shipping late next week and the next round of colors will go to finishes before the end of the month. All open orders are covered with inventory left to put on the shelf ahead of when the spring show season starts. We get it and understand that.

Catch Cans Back from Color

We got the second batch of black powder coated fittings in for those catch cans that came back from finishes over the past couple weeks. Those cans are starting to hit the shipping lobby and tracking details should hitting your inboxes now.

The batch of white we received back on today’s update includes all of the white fittings. We have inventory of white powder coated fittings now, not just to fill current orders, but stock for future orders.

Satin Catch Cans are shipping within 5 business days, or sooner.

Manifold Baffle Covers

These are on the machine now. All back orders are accounted for, and inventory going on the shelf in blanks for future biz.

Throttle Body Covers and Hellcat Bypass Valve Covers

These covers are machining now too. All backorders are accounted for and inventory going on the shelf in blanks for future biz.

Coil Pack Covers

We will be running coil pack covers late next week. Satin machine finish coil pack covers will start shipping in early February, with colors going out all through February.
