Manufacturing Update January 20, 2020

****Before we start, a special note on the MFG Update from January 15th. We have a table for coolant tank covers that are finishing up manufacturing and preparing to go to finishes. The wrong table was originally posted, it contained the out for polish orders.

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome and thanks for checking in. As always, we are extremely thankful for your support and trust. The Team absolutely appreciates all of you allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences. It’s very humbling to see our products on your sleds and it’s why we feature your rides as cover photos on our updates. Thank you for continuing to make us look so good!!

Stock Statuses & Currently Running Parts

Today’s update is a supplemental one. No stock status changes from last week. We are running Hellcat / Demon thermostat housings (water necks), the coil pack covers manufacturing run is wrapping up now. ABS Covers are going on the end machine as soon as we wrap up the coil pack covers early next week. All of our other product we will continue to run to replenish inventory.

Coolant Tanks

Coolant tanks in satin machine finish will start to ship late next week. Color and polish batches will be heading out to our vendor partners starting the second week of February.

We had a spike of orders last week and added another couple bars of material into this run (owners getting ready for that car show season). Those people who read these updates, and stay informed, are well served as we have all current orders covered, and we will have inventory moving forward. Thank you all for those orders.

Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping in 2-5 days from the date of order. Color will continue to go out in batches so keep an eye on the updates. You can always call us when in doubt.

Colors In, Colors Out

Today we have the black back from the January 10th update that came back in with the remainder of the black batch from December. We also have lime green metallic back too. Huge thanks to our powder coater for the excellent turn around on that lime green! Less than one week.

We sent out batches of white and matte red today.

Please take a look at the tables below to see if your order has come back in or gone out for finish. If you see your order has come back please allow us 7-14 days to complete any assembly or final processes, such as engraving, prior to shipping.

If you have custom engraving on any of the items that have come back in please check in with Nick Billet to see where you are at in the queue.

New Machine Update

The new machine we bought last month is up and running and making chips. We actually have Hellcat / Demon thermostat housing on that machine. The new Trackhawk thermostat housing will be run on that machine as well.

Trackhawk Thermostat Housings

Speaking of the Trackhawk thermostat housing that will be up for pre-order before the end of the month. We have obtained our patent pending on that part now, and are ready to start producing them.

Our TH Water Neck design has NO bolt hole through the center. We are sick and tired of seeing our work co-opted (copied) by others, and this was a part we decided to protect. Team BT made several improvements to the factory part: eliminated the through bolt which allows for unobstructed coolant flow, clean installation, all done with our pristine machine work.
