Manufacturing Update January 23, 2020

Good afternoon everyone. Our sincerest thanks for your support, your trust and allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences.

If you are a current customer checking in on what’s coming back in, or going out, for finishes this is the place to be. If you are a potential new customer doing some due diligence, welcome. We have posted our Manufacturing Updates now for a number of years to keep our customers informed. Colors In, Colors Out

Today we sent out batches of copper/bronze (in all finishes) as well as orange, both standard and matte finishes. Batches of matte black and polish came back into the facility. Please check the tables beneath the article for more information. When in doubt just reach out to Team BT.

Stock Statuses

All stock statuses are up to date within each individual product on the website. We are continually running catch cans, with satin machine finished cans shipping in 3-5 days. We will continue to run our most popular items to keep up with demand.

Water Necks (HC/Demon/TH)

The new CNC Milling Center is up and running with Hellcat, Demon and Trackhawk water necks starting on that machine. Shipping on these water necks, in satin machine finish, will start again late next week.

Trackhawk water necks will be ready to order next week too or you can give us a call and place an order over the phone. NO bolt hole through the product a true smooth, and turbulent free flow of liquid through the intake chamber and housing.

Coil Pack Covers

Coil pack covers will be starting to ship in satin quite possibly tomorrow, but more than likely starting on Monday the 27th. Colors will start to go for finishes next week.

Then we will double up on the coolant tank covers so we can finish off the current business, get those orders out to you in satin, and out to colors in the coming weeks.

We have 108 open orders on that part and have inventory today that can fill another 36 units. Once we finish this round, which is pretty much the remainder of the holiday orders on that part, we will run a couple non-automotive jobs we have to complete by early March on the end Mazak.

After those jobs are complete, we will start the last, and final, round of valve covers before we retire them back to the vault.

Valve Covers

If you are thinking of ordering a set of valve covers now is the time to reach out. You have from now into the first weeks of February to get your order in.

Material will be ordered sometime towards the end of February for our last MFG run in March. You can call in and reserve a place in the order queue no credit card is required.

Before we order the material we will contact you to see if you want to continue to fulfill the order. If so, then we will take a 30% material deposit.

If at anytime after we take the deposit, and production begins, you need to cancel that will not be a problem. We will provide a quick, and immediate, refund of that deposit to you, with no bs.

Fuse Box Covers

Fuse box covers for Charger, Challenger and 300, we have very very low stock, and will probably sell out today if we have not already.

Material will be ordered next week, and we will start shipping in satin again by the middle of February. Colors should be shipping by end of February. All business through January 22nd is covered on that product.

ABS Covers

The material is here, however we need to push the manufacturing out about two weeks as we have a non-automotive job on one of the machines that we are not quite finished with yet. Soon as that’s done we will get those ABS covers on, and knocked out. Keep checking the updates, and stock status on the product itself, as it will be updated as soon as we start manufacturing.

PCV Covers

We had one left this morning after we batched yesterday’s orders. We have plenty of PCV Caps. We will order material sometime in the next two weeks, and have satin machine finished product on the shelf again by the the 3rd week of February, or sooner.

Throttle Body Covers

2005-2010 Throttle Body Covers we are bumping manufacturing out one week, so those will start the end of the first week of February.

BT Vault Release: 2005-2014 Interior Items

We told you last week, interior items would be launching within the week, and we are almost ready to go.

We will post a separate article on the website early next week, when we are ready for those parts to go live in the store. Of course you may call in if you just can’t wait, and we can go over your options with you, and help you place an order over the phone.

The following parts will be available to order:

• 2005-2010 window switch kits (includes mirror control knob)
• 2005-2010 Charger, 300 and Magnum A/C knob kits (3 and 4 pc kits)
• 2010-2014 Dodge Challenger A/C Knob kits
• 2005-2010 cruise control stalk cover (engraved or plain)
• 2008-2014 Dodge Challenger Cup Holder Bezel
• 2004-2010 Mirror Control knob without window switches
• 2005-2010 Headlight knob.

We Value Your Trust

As with anything we sell to the public or private companies trust is delicate. Even more so when you have someones cash in hand (PayPal is instant) and there is a lead time to manufacture the parts or do custom orders. There will never be any bait and switch garbage here to BT.

Lead Time For Final Processes

Finally, if you see your order has come back in from plating, and/or powder coating, please allow us up to two weeks to complete any final processes before shipping to you. If you ordered only a catch can allow us 3-5 days to get those assembled and shipped out.
