Manufacturing Update January 28, 2022

Good afternoon folks. Once again thank you for your support, and most importantly your trust. It’s Friday and that means we have a new update for you today.

No Neal, No Batches Out

Folks we had nothing go out this week, but that does not mean nothing is happening. Quite the contrary. First we lost Neal for a few days this week due to illness. He is the tip of the spear when it comes to bundling and getting the next rounds of finishing out.

He will be back Monday, fingers crossed. In any event if he’s not back Nick Billet, Alex, and Heidi have sorted the black, matte black, red matte red, yellow and white to head off to finishes on Monday.

Factory Color Match Batches Going Out Next Week

Several batches of factory color match will be heading out next week including: TorRed, Octane Red, Jazz Blue, and Plum Crazy, Sublime and B5 Blue. We have most of those orders already bundled up and ready to go.

We wrapped up some replenishing of inventory this week on radiator caps, washer caps and oil dipsticks so we can get those parts into these batches. Coil pack covers and Hellcat thermostat housings that are coming off the machine now and will be added to these batches.

Batches Still Out

The following batches are still out for finish:

• Racing Red Metallic from January 21st
  – It will be completed next week and ready for us to pickup.
• Destroyer Grey from January 14th
  – Should be back here in less that two weeks.
• Frostbite blue from January 7th
  – This batch is shipping back to us Monday, so we will have it back on Thursday or Friday of next week.

Titanium, Blue and Polish are Back

We have received the blue and matte blue back, as well as the titanium and matte titanium, along with the batch of polish. We will start to unwrap it all this afternoon.

Catch cans will be coming out of assembly and into packing (some are already in package now) on the stand alone orders. We have sorted all pieces that need engraving from those batches and they are in the shop now to be completed.

Pending to Ship Status

Folks if you see your order is in pending to ship status please allow us up to 5 days to ship to you. This means your parts are coming out of engraving, assembly, or both, and then into final for one more look prior to Andrea hand wrapping your bling like fine china.

Those of you who have unboxed a BT package know what we are saying when it comes to the packaging. No shrink wrap on cardboard everything is hand wrapped and packaged with extreme care.

Inventory Statuses

On the inventory front we have been replenishing items that sold out over the holidays. The following are coming off the machines now:

Charger & Challenger Hellcat Water Necks

Dodge Charger and Challenger Hellcat thermostat housings coming off the machine now.

Satin machine finish has started to ship, and as mentioned in the paragraphs above, we have colors getting ready to head out for finish next week.

Trackhawk, Hellcat Durango & TRX Water Necks

We just started on those today. Satin machine finish we be shipping probably towards the end of the second week of February, with colors going out in February to finishes.

Coil Pack Covers

We have completed this MFG Run.

We have some extras, but hurry they will be gone very quickly. Next run will not be until sometime in the Spring.

Satin machine finishes with no engravings have shipped and we shipped 4 sets today from this week’s business. Engravings on satin have been shipping and we have gotten some of our anodize colors back on these.

Any of those that are back that need engraving will be getting cut in the next couple of days before we tear that machine down and put it on coolant tank covers (two machines will be running coolant tank covers).

Sigma Series Caps

Sigma Series Radiator Caps as well as the Sigma Series Supercharger coolant cap cover material is here. We will knock out the next production run next week so we can get these back orders out to you in satin and getting them out to color and inventory on the shelf again in blanks.

We have been shipping partial orders to all of you less that cap. So be sure to check the order comments when you open the box as we notate that when we do and what we still owe you if the shipment is not 100% completed.

Manifold Baffle Covers

We have pushed the next run of those out to second week of February. We do not sell a lot of these and we will make enough that should cover us for the entire year.

We will re-evaluate sales on this as we start to sell on the next production run as these may be retired. We will keep you posted.

Satin Machine Finish Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping within 3-5 days of ordering.
