Manufacturing Update January 30, 2023

Good afternoon friends. We have made it to the end of January. It’s been a wild month here at the BT HQ, but we power through and we always thank you for your trust and support.

Stock Statuses

First we have updated all inventory statuses on each product. You can find that information next to the unit price when you open up the product you are looking at possibly purchasing.

Here are some highlights on items we have had on backorder for a bit:

ABS Covers

We have completed the manufacturing run of ABS Covers. Satin Machine finishes are shipping, and first rounds of colors have started to go out. If you have any questions give us a call (561.582.6171) or email us for a status update.

Fuse Box Covers (all)

Fuse box covers of all styles are always running, we sell so many of these every month.

We are finally getting everyone caught up from the holiday sales, with colors going out to finishes each week.

Satin machine finish covers ship first due to not having to go out for color/finish. As always, if you need an update regarding where you stand on your fuse box cover do reach out to us for the latest information.

Throttle Body Covers (all years)

These are coming off the machine now. This will be the last manufacturing run on the 2005-2012 model years. We should have approximately 30 of those left over after we fill current business.

Once those older years are gone that part will be retired to the BT Vault. The 13 and up models will stay in rotation.

Hellcat Bypass Valve Covers

These are also coming off the machine. Satin shipping now. Colors shipping all through February until backorders are filled.

Coil Pack Covers

Coil packs are currently running. Satin machine finishes will start to ship in early February (late next week), colors all through February.

Sigma Series Oil Caps

We have very low stock of the Sigma Oil Caps. We don’t sell a lot of those, however we do sell a lot of the other sigmas series caps so this product will not be retired. It just will take a back burners on when we get them on a machine.

We do not have a tentative ETA to run the next batch but, we will keep you posted here on our MFG Updates.

Catch Cans

Satin Cans are shipping in about 5-7 days from date of order. We should have that lead-time in the “3 business days or sooner” range within the week.

If you need us to ship your satin can the next business day after placing your order please do let us know. If you are calling in, tell the rep on the phone, or leave a note in the comments section if ordering online, and we will handle that for you.

Colors In, Colors Out

Since our last update we have received the batches of Clear, Matte Black, Purple/Matte Purple anodize back from plating, along with the batch of Polish. The team jumped on these parts to get them sorted and into final processes. You can find more information in the tables below this article.

Please allow 5-10 business days for final processes (engraving, inspection, cleaning, packaging, etc) to be completed before shipping to you. If you have any questions, just call (561.582.6171) or email us and we’ll get your questions answered.

We sent out a batch of Standard Black anodize last week. You can find it with other the table below.

Color Batches On Deck

We will be adding another batch of black later this week as we send out a bunch of fuse box covers and abs covers out to get done. We also have big batchs of red, orange and blue anodize ready to head out for finish.

Color Batches Still Out

• B5 Blue factory color match from 01.18.2023

We do expect those finished back within the next week or so.
