Manufacturing Update January 31, 2019

Good afternoon everyone. As always, our team thanks you for checking in with this, the final MFG Update for January 2019.

Today’s update will serve as a supplemental update to let everyone know what has gone out for finish, as well as information on catch cans and purple parts orders.

Colors Out for Finish

Yesterday we sent four batches out for color. Please check the tables below to keep a tab on your orders. The colors which went out are: Racing Red Metallic, F8 Green, White and Jazz Blue. So much win with those colors.

Purple Orders

Folks with purple and matte purple please do not panic we want to get all the catch cans in that batch to ensure color consistency for all the parts. Most of the purple orders are orders with more than one product.

Now that we have plenty of catch cans coming off the machine, please allow us just a few more days to get everyone bundled up and sent out for plating. The purple finish is excellent, we promise it will be well worth the wait.

Satin Catch Cans

As stated the other day, satin machine finish catch cans have resumed shipping. Most everyone who ordered only a catch can in satin machine finish through January 22nd has shipped or is in shipping now. So keep an eye on your inboxes for those tracking details.

If you need a satin catch can shipped immediately please call (561.582.6171) or email us and will get it out for you. The current lead time for non-rush orders of satin finish catch cans is about a week.

Color Catch Cans

Team BT will be quickly getting back into our standard 20 business day lead time on color catch cans. We will be improving, and yes that’s right IMPROVING, that lead time as we get the current orders out for finishes, and get our catch can inventory replenished.

Cans will continue to run and with the capital improvements made (the new machine and other upgrades in the shop) the results will really start to show as we move into the remainder of the first quarter. Team BT absolutely appreciates you guys and gals for your loyalty and trust.
