Manufacturing Update January 5th, 2017

Good afternoon everyone and a very Happy New Year. Welcome to the very first Manufacturing Update of 2017. We sincerely hope everyone had an amazing holiday season and once again we thank you always for the support and trust you place in our company. To say that 2016 was a resounding success would be an understatement and we have you to thank for this.

Let’s get started we have a lot to cover to pull up a chair and read on. If we did not cover something specific that you may be concerned about or have questions on, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Inventory Status of Products in the Store

First and foremost all the products are updated with the most current inventory status as of January 5th. We are continually building inventory and pretty much staying on point from the time we say we will be running a certain product if we are out. We will remain in extended lead-time until the end of January due to the volume of orders still coming in.

Holiday Orders

As we informed you over the holidays in the various updates we posted our primary focus was on customers who requested a holiday delivery. We are extremely pleased that we got the majority of those requests out the door. The only real exception was with matte black as explained in the previous updates about that process and some red items did not go. Now our focus shifts to the balance of our clients rest assured we are working hard to get these orders wrapped up and keep pace with current business.

A huge shout out to the customers we had visit us over the holidays who came in and saw the “BT Workshop” in action. While we are not a large facility by any means those who came in were amazed by the amount of product coming in and going out.

We know we focus primarily on colors because we do not do those processes in our facility, however we do a lot of machine stain finishes and we have been shipping those items out on a daily and regular basis. The engrave que is always busy and we are always kitting up and assembly product daily to ship. Please never hesitate to call us if you need an update and you don’t see your order on any of these updates. The majority are usually satin machine finish cans, or under hood items and that means we are working on finishing it up or have already shipped you out the door.

From mid November to right on through the holidays the we did nearly a half a year’s worth of volume with the bulk of it coming on the count down sale. This will give you an idea of just how big that sale is. Its why we always let you know up front if you don’t want to wait for it even at 40% off you may want to pass. We want you to have your products as quickly as possible without compromise so always remember we are working hard for you each step of the way.

We had orders come back in this week from outside services, polish, and matte black and you will see those updates in the tables below. If you have parts that need engraving we are working on those right now, if you just purchased a catch can we are assembling and shipping them in order or receipt and that also includes many satin catch cans from December yet as well.

Out of Stock Items

We do have the following items that are currently out of stock, and as stated a few paragraphs above we are keeping pretty much to schedule on the next manufacturing runs. Will recap the out of stock items below for you so you have an idea of what’s up and when to expect us to be replenished again.

• Hellcat Catch Can Mounts we are totally out of stock on those so all new business from January 3rd we will not be able to build you catch can in satin until we make them again. We are scheduling another run of those mounts for the week of January 16th. All orders prior to January 3rd are covered, meaning your catch can is either in assembly if its satin machine finish, on the way to color or prepping to go to color.
• Strut Covers “Devo” style we are sold out. All order through January 3rd are covered
• ID Plates are sold out. All orders through January 3rd are covered.
• Door lock kits are sold out. All orders through January 3rd are covered.
• Brake Fluid Caps are sold out. All orders through January 3rd are covered.
• Ram and Jeep Fuse box covers 2012 and up are sold out. We have several back orders on these and we will get another run on those before the end of the month. We appreciate your patience many of these are countdown orders. We are not holding your products on you if you placed orders for this and other items as many of our customers did. We will ship to you whats ready and forward your fuse boxes along after they are completed.
• Radiator Caps and Hellcat Coolant Cap Covers are sold out. This is the classic style not the sigma series version. We will be running these again during the week of January 13th. We have all orders covered through January 3rd. We appreciate you patience. If you placed an under hood kit order and have a radiator cap missing from it in shipment we will let you know in the order comments upon shipping and ship that shortly thereafter. We never hold your orders for one or two missing pieces.
• ABS Covers are sold out. We have everyone covered thru mid December. We will make another run of these again before the end of the month.
• Hellcat coolant covers we have started to ship some of those orders and we are building more this month. We appreciate you and your patience will have everyone shipped by early February regardless of color.
• Coil pack covers are sold out we have everyone covered through early December. We will be manufacturing another round again later this month. We have several sets that went to finish on January 3rd, have some sets come back in white, titanium and also in polish over the holidays. We are working to get those engraved up and shipped to you this month.
• Valve Covers must be pushed back for another run in late February. We are deep into the next round of these. The usual December “lull” did not occur this year and January is off to an amazing start we just cannot free up a machine needed to do these right now until we get the bulk of these older countdown orders out, and orders from December right on into the first few days of this year.

Blue, Green, Titanium, Purple and Gloss Black

If you follow us on our social media pages (Instagram and or Facebook) you will have seen a lot of blue, green, titanium and our standard black finish being posted. We are working on those orders and have been shipping them daily. Purple is also in that mix too we have a lot of purple here buttoning up and going out too. Thank you all.

Orange, Red and Clear

We spent the bulk of the day Tuesday and much of the early part of yesterday (January 3rd) preparing orders to go to anodize. The following finishes went for that process:

• Orange
• Red
• Clear

With regards to the red you will see from the orders out to red table it is large. This is not everyone. The rest of the red will go on early next week so if you did not see your order post here it will shortly there after. In total between just those finishes alone we sent out 1,684 yes that is right, one thousand six hundred and eighty four pieces for color. In short you guys and gals have been extremely generous to our our team. If you are in the area come pay us a visit we will show you how we batch, count and prep items for outside process. We repeat this again when the items come back.

Wave 2 of Colors is Coming

Due to the volume in just those three finishes alone, we will not send anymore colors out until next week so our plater can get deep into this round and then prepare for wave two (more red, more titanium, more green, more matte black more standard black). We will update everyone with a fresh update once we have those items and orders on the way.

Yellow

Team Yellow! Yes that’s correct we continue to field many request for yellow. Finally after much back and fourth we will have samples and will engrave them for you all to see later this month or into early February. We have 5.7L, 6.1L, 392, 6.2L, Trucks, and Jeep/Durango kits all covered and out for yellow now. These are one complete sets of each and Nick will auction those on his pages once we have them done. If the interest in there and all indications based on calls and emails indicates it is, we will open a group buy.
