Manufacturing Update July 9, 2021

Good afternoon friends welcome to Friday and for many welcome to the weekend and the first MFG Update for July 2021.

A Sincere Thank You

First our team would like to thank you all again for allowing us to have an extended July 4th break last week. So many of you took advantage of our July 4th sale, and we are extremely humbled by your show of support, be it if we are running a promo or not.

Almost 17 years since we started the Billet Technology Brand, turning our hobby into work. It still blows us away that something we started after Hurricane Wilma, to keep our crew and machines running, is still going strong today. Through good times, and bad, you all have been with us.

THIS is why we will always be mindful to put back in, what is freely given to us, from you.

A Ton of Orders are About to Ship

If you are following along with the updates you do know we received back several finishes prior to the holiday break. Those finishes are, Polish, Matte Red, F8 Green and Redline Red Pearl. We have shipped several catch can only orders, and still have a bunch more to get out. Those stand alone cans will all be out the door early next week.

We also are wrapping up 368 orders in the engrave queue that include those finishes, as well as Racing Red Metallic, Copper, Matte Copper, TorRed, Frostbite, Smoke Show, Blue, Matte Blue Anodize, Titanium and Matte Titanium. This includes under hood caps, and all the other accessories such as fuse box covers, hood shock covers etc.

If you saw your order had come back in from getting those finishes, it won’t be long now. We have nearly completed the final processes, so we can get these orders shipped.

Octane Red Update

We added to the Octane Red batch that went out on May 27th, that has not come back yet. Therefore, you will find the Octane Red Table reposted below the article, along with new orders added to that batch.

We should be seeing all of these items back within the next 2 to 2.5 weeks. We promise you will not be disappointed in this or any other factory color match pieces.

We will be introducing more finishes in the coming weeks so stay tuned.

Black Anodize Went Out

As promised last week, we sent out a big batch of Black Anodize on Tuesday, you can find your orders on the table below.

We will be sending another big batch out next week, so if you do not see your order in the table, give us a call (561.582.6171) or email us so we can confirm you are on deck.

It was mostly catch cans that did not make this round, as we needed more z brackets and hellcat brackets off the machine (they are completed now).

Batches on Deck

As we mentioned on the June 30th update, we have Jazz Blue and B5 Blue on deck for color match batches. We are waiting for a few more pieces to come off the machines, and expect to send these batches off to color early to middle of next week.

The next colors that will be heading out for anodize will be Purple, Matte Purple, Orange, Matte Orange, and Clear Anodize. Those will head out within the next week to 10 days.

QC on Some Racing Red Catch Cans

Folks we want to apologize to you for some of these stand alone racing red catch cans that have not shipped yet. We rejected several mounts and brackets for color variations (pinkish), and are waiting for the replacement brackets and mounts to come back in to us.

Batches Still Out at Powder Coat

The White Powder Coat from the June 25th update is not back yet. The same is true for the batch of Plum Powder Coat from the May 21st Update.

Folks we have our fingers crossed, as you do, that these two batches will be back here next week.

Remember we do not do any colors in house. Our powder coater is slammed, but the wait will be worth it.

Reminder, Satin Machine Finish Ships Quickly

Satin machine finished orders on our under hood products, as long as we have inventory, always ship within 15-20 days or sooner. Those orders never make the updates, and they are our most popular finish. When we continue to thank you over and over again this is one of the reasons why its so slammed and that is all you guys and gals!!

Stock Status Update

All inventory statuses have been updated on each product. You can see if we have inventory in the availability area next to the unit price of each product, on the website. We sold A LOT of stuff over the holiday weekend and tapped out of several items.

The recap is below:

3mm Wheel Spacers

Sold out on June 30th. We ordered material, and will have those on a machine in the next week or two.

Power Seat Covers

Material is here. We are waiting for a machine to open up so we can get a quick run in. We will replenish inventory this month.

Fuse Box Covers

Man we run 500 plus off at a pop now, and we don’t even get 6 weeks out of them. Yes, we sold out again over the holiday weekend.

Material was ordered this morning and will be here late next week. These will go on for manufacturing sometime the week of July 19th.

This is for the 2011-2021 Chargers and 300’s, and the 2014-2021 Challengers. We are upping our production run from 500 units each run to 850.

Supercharger Coolant Reservoir Covers

Sold out over the holiday weekend (Hellcat and Demon). We will do a run of these this month. We will order material next week.

Jeep/Durango Hood Shock Cover (one piece)

We have material here, just waiting for one of our lathes to open up so we can get a quick run in. We will replenish in July definitely.

Trackhawk and Durango Hellcat Supercharger Reservoir Covers

Sold out over the holiday weekend. Ordering material next week, and we will be doing another production restocking run this month.

ID plates

We have very low inventory in random colors on the shelf. Call to check on the color you may be interested in. We will run more blanks at the end of this month for all finishes, waiting for your custom engraving.

OG Devo Style Strut Covers

The granddaddy! OG Devo Style Strut Covers are still selling after 16 plus years. These sold out over the holiday weekend too! We won’t run these until the end of the month.

Coolant Tank Covers

Coolant tank covers are running! Satin machine finish will start to ship later this month, with colors shipping in August.

Valve Covers

Valve Covers will start first cuts this month.

We are shooting to have the Satin machine finish sets out before the end of this month. Colors will ship in August.

Coil Pack Covers

Material is here. We are waiting for a machine to open up to get the next production run on.

Satin Machine Finished Catch Cans

All orders from June 29th to July 4th are in assembly, and will be shipping next week.

We are shipping satin catch cans within 10 business days.

If you need us to ship your satin can the following business day after you place your order let us know over the phone (if you are placing a phone order) and we will take care of that for you.

If you are placing your order online, in the ‘Order Notes’ box put that you need us to ship the order asap, and we will take care of that for you when we batch our orders the next business morning.

Reauthorized Credit Cards

Many of you will see your credit cards being reauthorized over the past several days. That means your order is nearly completed, in final assembly, and/or engraving and is getting ready to ship. When in doubt call us.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Last but not least if you see your order has come back in from finish (red anodize came back this week). Please allow us 2 weeks to finish any assembly and or engraving on your items prior to shipping.

If you have an event upcoming and you think this may be an issue call us so we can work to your schedule as best we can. As long as the parts are back we can usually accommodate you.
