Manufacturing Update July 1, 2019

Good afternoon everyone. Just a brief update today on this Independence Day week.

Color Batch Updates

Orders Added to Current Color Batches

We have a few more orders that we have added in to the batches currently out for color. The batches to which we added are: redline red, octane red, destroyer grey, and F8 green. These orders, as well as the orders that are already out from early June, will be back here early next week. Our vendor partner has been jammed slammed, and is diving in to those colors now for us.

Jazz Blue is Back

We have received the jazz blue back today, and have started to sort it now, moving items into the shop for engraving. Catch cans are moving into assembly. Will start shipping on those orders within 24/48 hrs.

Supplier Partner Holiday Schedule

We still have quite a bit of stuff out at plate and powder coating. Our vendor partners are breaking on Wednesday for the holiday. We are keeping our fingers crossed, hoping to receive a call to go pickup prior to their vacation. We’d like to get all those orders completed, and shipped to you guys and gals as soon as possible.

BT July 4th Schedule

Your BT Team is working all day tomorrow, half the day on July 3rd, and then we will be off for the July 4th Holiday. We will return to the shop on July 8th.

Quick Inventory Update

Throttle Body/Bypass Covers:
Throttle body covers 2013 and up, as well as Hellcat/Demon Bypass Valve covers, are on the machine now satin will start to ship the week of July 8th color and polish later this month.

Oil Caps:
Oil Caps are also currently running. Satin machine finish will start to ship the week of July 8th colors and polish all through July.

Washer Fluid Caps:
2005 through 2019 model years are coming off the machine now too. Satin machine finish shipping now, color and polish all though July.

PCV Covers:
We are out of stock on PCV Covers. We do have plenty of PCV Caps. We ordered material for the PCV Covers today and that material will be in middle of next week. We should have them on the machine and running by late next week (the week of July 8th). Satin machine finishes will start to ship middle of the month colors and polish end of the month. All orders through June 26th are covered so anyone after the 26th you may experience a bit of a delay not much.

Beverage Deletes:
Bev. Deletes are running low. We do have random colors and finishes here in blank that can be cut to your specifications. Call us if you are wanting to inquire prior to ordering. Will make another round of these later this month. We have definite seen a flurry of orders on these and were caught a big off guard. The activity on this product was crazy the last week of June so our apologies for running low on these.

Coil Pack Covers:
Coil pack covers are sold out will run them again next month and narrow the time frame down here in the next couple of weeks as to when we will make the next round.  

Valve Covers:
Valve covers in satin we are shipping them, colors are out. We have several sets that will ship as soon as we get them back from plate, polish or powder coating.

We still have sets that can be sold off this manufacturing run. Once they are sold we will not make another run of these in 2019. We have very few sets left. Call (561.582.6171) or email us with any questions you have.

Coolant Tanks:
As we mentioned, these are running in two waves. Parts from wave one are coming off the machine now, and satin machine finish will start to ship late the week of July 8th. Colors and polish will also start to go out on this wave also. Wave two machine work will begin next week.

Everything else we are in good shape product wise.

Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping within 3-5 business days. This will remain so for the foreseeable future. Colors and polish will continue to go to our awesome vendor partners several times a month.
