Manufacturing Update July 23, 2021

Good afternoon everyone. It’s Friday, and that means we are live with a brand new update. As we must always start off our team thanks you sincerely for the trust you place in us.

It’s been nonstop all year and we are on pace to break last July’s record for sales. Yes, we have already surpassed last year’s sales for the entire year, and it’s not even July yet.

It’s unbelievable your love and support. We again send you all a heartfelt thank you.

Clear is Back

The batch of Clear Anodize from last week is already back in the shop. Those parts have been sorted, and sent for final processes. As always, please allow us at lest 10-14 business days to complete any final processes before we ship your order. Feel free to call (561.582.6171) or email us

Octane Red and Orange will be back next week.

Colors Out

Folks as promised we got the Orange and Matte Orange out this week, the Jazz Blue as well as the Purple and Matte Purple. We also got another round of Standard Red Anodize out this week too.

Some of that purple was getting long in the tooth and we thank you always for your patience. The team’s number one goal is always quality and service. It takes time to get our items, and they will be unlike anything in the marketplace.

We are here for you years later after the fact as needed if you have any issues at all.

Colors On Deck

As we try to let you know with each update the following finishes are on deck. We have most of the orders bundled up, waiting for a few more random pieces to come out of manufacturing then off we go:

• B5 Blue
  – We needed some more radiator caps or this batch would have gone this week. Definitely out early next week.
• White Powder Coat
• Black Anodize
• Matte Black
• Blue and Matte Blue
• Plum Crazy Purple (true color match)

Factory Colors Almost On Deck

We also are going through the open orders for Destroy Grey, F8 Green, TorRed (you guys and gals went nuts on the TorRed this month), and Frostbite. These finishes will definitely be going out to be done in the next two weeks.

Satin Machined Finished Parts

Satin machined finished parts are shipping within 15-20 days from ordering, as long as we have inventory.

For most orders coming in we have had stock and are shipping those orders out within that time frame.

The only exception being the coolant tank covers. Those are running now, and satin machine finished covers will start to ship the first week of August. Satin machine finish to this day remains our most popular finish on the pallet.

Satin Machine Catch Cans

We are selling close to 200 units per week folks. You guys and gals are killing it.

We are shipping out around the 10 day mark from order date.

If you need us to ship the next business day after ordering, and are ordering by phone, just let the friendly BT representative who is helping you know this and we will take care of it for you.

If you are ordering online, drop us a note in the order comments section. When we batch up the orders the next business morning the team will get those orders pulled and shipped out that day.

Stock Status Updates

We have some stock statues to cover, see the items below and the ETA to begin manufacturing.

Everything is fluid and we do our very best to stay on schedule. Sometimes we have to move things back or even move up stuff. We do, do other work here at our facility besides the car parts. So when in doubt please call us and we can give you real time info.

Devo Style Strut Covers

We did sell out last week but we will have little interruption in lead-time as we are manufacturing them now. Satin machine finish will ship again starting next week with inventory on shelf.

Power Seat Covers

These are manufactured and back in stock.

Manifold Baffle Covers

We have very low stock on these and will probably sell out next week. Next MFG Run will be mid August 2021

Hellcat / Demon Super Charger Coolant Reservoir Covers

We are trying to get those on next week to do another production run. If not they will begin manufacturing the following week (first week of August).

Trailer Hitch Plugs

Hitch plugs are being pushed to mid August. The Sleeve will be made available for those of you running a 2.5″ opening for one stop shopping.

3MM Wheel Spacers

These will go on the machine late next week. Shipping again first week of August.

Jeep/Durango Hood Shock Covers

Material is here and will go on the lathe the first week of August.

Track Hawk/Durango SC Coolant Reservoir Covers

Track Hawk/Durango Super Charger Coolant Reservoir Covers will be manufactured late the first week of August.

Door Lock kits

We have limited inventory on those so give us a call we have random colors. Next run will be late August.

Valve Covers & Coil Pack Covers

Both of these will be starting late next week. There will be no more valve cover orders taken for 2021. These covers are the one-off requests. We may have one or two sets left afterwards and will post if we do.

Coil Pack Covers will remain part of our product lineup. Those manufacture quickly and we will start shipping satin machine finish sometime the second week of Augusts, colors will follow later in August.

Coolant Tank Covers

Coolant tank covers are on the machine as machined earlier. Satin machine finish will ship early August. Colors will start to ship in August.
