Manufacturing Update July 26, 2017

Good afternoon everyone.  Thank you always for stopping in and checking in with the latest Manufacturing Update.

This update serves more as a supplemental update.  We have included the red batch that came back into the shop from plating and also included a table for all the black that went out on Monday (July 24th).

Weekly Engrave Que Updates

Once a week we will update all orders that are in the engrave que. Folks due to the volume we have going in and out of here (this does not include the machine satin; count on up to 15 biz days for us to engrave your satin machine finish parts right now) your order may stay in the engrave que up to 15 days from the time it appears.  We are working quickly without compromise to quality standards.  Please understand that many of these orders have more than one item there are multiple pieces (under hood kits, fuse boxes throttle body covers etc).  

Delivery Times

Once more if you need an order by a certain date and or delivery time frame please call us so we can make every effort to work with you especially if you are appearing on the engrave que tables.

Order Deposits

Finally please be mindful all orders may be subject to that 30% deposit to being work and your final charge is billed upon shipping.  Your credit invoice copy you receive in your email as well as the invoice copy you receive in the box with your parts tells you how your credit card statement will read.  Please be mindful.  Call when in doubt the resolution is usually very easy to fix and usually there is nothing to fix at all.
