Manufacturing Update July 26, 2019

Good evening everyone and welcome to the last MFG Update for July 2019. This month flew by, in fact it’s been a blur all year. This is our 51st MFG Update for the year, and there will be plenty more to come because YOU make it possible for us to be here. We will be forever humbled and grateful for the support and trust you put in our team.

Overview

Today it’s all about what came back in, and a LOT OF STUFF came back in this week. We are already deep into engraving and assembly  so we can get those items shipped out to your doorstep. We’ll also unveil the redesigned 300 wing, and the all new BT Trailer Hitch Cover.

Inventory Status

Inventory wise we are in good shape. Coolant tank covers are shipping and we are replenishing stuff on a weekly basis to keep product in blanks on the shelf to fill your orders.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Please remember if you see your order is back from the color process allow us 7-14 days to complete any final processes such as engraving or assembly prior to shipping. Call us if you have an upcoming event, and will get you moved up so we can get your order shipped out.

Satin Catch Cans are Shipping Fast

Satin catch cans are shipping in 3-5 days from the date you order and most of time, the next business morning. We are extremely grateful to all of you who have stayed with us on that product. As you know, if you followed along on the updates, that lemon machine we took delivery of earlier in the year really caused a major problem the first and second quarter of this year. That issue had a snowball effect on ALL production as we had to move things around.

Couple that with coming off a record breaking holiday season, and it was the perfect storm. As a company it is important to deal with you our customers honestly. That’s the purpose of these updates. Sometimes you will not be happy with the information, we understand that, but no sense in ignoring problems or issues.

It is vital to communicate with you guys and gals so you can make a decision that is best for you. Many new customers tell us they read the updates regularly, and make the decision on when to buy based on the information in the updates. We appreciate the due diligence, the opportunity to earn your business and finally, to be part of your ownership experiences.

BT 300 Wing

Many of you who follow our instagram saw that the Chrysler 300 Wing is back for a limited time on a group buy. You can order your wing HERE, then select your finish of choice. Group Buy Payment Policies

We do not take any money up front on group buys. However, if you pay with PayPal it’s an instant payment, and that goes for any item. We don’t control that it’s not our policy, it’s PayPal’s.

We understand that trust is delicate when it comes to your money, which is why we are active in working with our customers and friends to ensure that trust remains unbroken.

BT Trailer Hitch

Unfortunately we did not get our new product, the trailer hitch, up today but will have it launched by Monday morning. The store was down over night for approximately 10 hours because our shopping cart provider did a maintenance that crashed and ended up taking down a block of servers with it, and of course our store was on one of those servers.

The product is in the back end of the store, we just need to add the color, style and engraving options to it and push it out. It’s been busy here today working on the orders we got back in, as well as getting other business handled. Our first priority is always to get current orders out to you, or take your calls, etc .

Styles and Pricing

We will offer two styles; WAVY or RIPPLED: for anyone wishing to do a flag or FLAT: for your custom images.

The introductory price is $59.99 for the wavy/rippled style, and $49.99 for the flat hitch cover.

Those introductory prices are for anodize colors, add $10 for powder coat and matte finishes.

After August 15th the price will go up $10 for both styles.
