Manufacturing Update June 8, 2023

Good afternoon everyone. Thank you always for your support and trust.

Satin Ships Quickly

Before we get to the color update, please remember if you order satin machine finish on our parts and we have stock on them you will ship within 7-10 days or sooner. All or our parts are kept in satin machined blanks due to the amount of color options we provide as well as the customizations we do on the products.

Colors In, and Colors Out

Today we are keeping things focused on what has come back in and gone out for colors.

There is quit a bit of stuff that has gone out and also come back in since we last visited with you. We know a lot of these orders are old and we are working hard to get everyone of you your BT Items as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Colors Out

Since our last update we sent out two batches of Standard Black, one of which is already back in house, along with a batch of Blue and Matte Blue anodize that is also back in house. A batch of Plum Crazy Purple has also gone out for color.

Colors In

Along with the two batches mentioned above, the Standard Black, Red and Yellow from May 15th are back in house, as is the long overdue Plum Crazy Purple batch from April 24th. The team is already hard at work on those parts getting them through final processes so we can ship them to you.

Painting Update

A lot of stuff will be going to finishes here over the next several days and weeks especially painting. We now have 3 quality painters for the factory color match and these old paint match orders will start to move in and out of here pretty quickly now. We do absolutely appreciate the patience and trust you have placed in us and we do not take that for granted.

Inventory and Manufacturing Runs

Coolant Tank Covers

These are in MFG now. Delivery will start in July again on all finishes.

Fuse Box Covers

Fuse Box Covers, all years with the exception of the 2019-2023 Dodge Ram, are back on the shelf in machine satin. We are shipping covers in order of receipt and as soon as they come back in from color. Folks we should have everyone caught up by the end of July, or sooner.

Throttle Body Covers (2005-2010 & 2011+)

We just sold out and will be doing another manufacturing run for both styles before month’s end.

This will be the final run on the 2005-2010 model years as we do not sell many of them anymore. Those will be retired to the BT Vault.

PCV Covers

PCV Covers will be in production the week of June 19th

Coil Pack Covers

Coil Pack Covers will be in production the week of June 19th

Uni-Strut Covers

We have pushed those back to right after July 4th for the next manufacturing run.

Catch Cans

Satin Catch Cans Ship within 3-5 days from ordering.
