Manufacturing Update June 11, 2021

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to Friday and welcome to the latest and greatest going on in our shop this past week. As always, our team appreciates the trust you place in our group, as well as allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences.

Today will be brief, covering stock statuses, two group buys, as well as what has come back in from finishes and gone out.

Colors In

This week we received the batches of Blue, Matte Blue, TorRed, and Racing Red Metallic back in from color. The team has already begun getting these batches into final processes so that we can get these orders out the door, and headed your way.

Colors Out

This week we sent out quite a few batches. Blue, Matte Blue, Titanium and Matte Titanium went out for anodize. Batches of Octane Red and F8 Green were sent out for color matched paint and a lone batch of Yellow was sent to powder coat. Please check the tables below this article for more information, and to see which orders were in those batches.

Bunch of Batches Next Week

Next week will also be a big week for orders heading out to finishes. We have just replenished a bunch of inventory, and have started to bundle orders up to get them ready to go out to colors.

Valve Cover & ’05-07 Fuse Box Group Buys!

We have a couple Group Buys going on right now.

2005-2007 Fuse Box Covers

The first is for the 2005-2007 Fuse Box Covers for Magnums, Chargers and 300’s. We have met the minimum, and the buy will close on June 19th.

Billet Technology Valve Covers

The Second Group Buy is the Billet Technology Valve Covers. We have final quotes for material due to us any day, and we will be ordering the material next week.

We should be making chips right after the July 4th break with satin machine finishes shipping in July and colors to follow shortly thereafter.

Satin Machine Catch Cans

Satin machine finished catch cans through June 8th have cleared assembly and are in with Andrea to package. If you purchased a satin machine finish can you will see your tracking details hit your inbox, and status moving from ‘pending to ship’ to ‘ready to ship’.

We got another big shipment of black and nickel fittings in, so we are ready to rock and roll.

We have plenty of cans and brackets as well as brass fittings for the OG Basic BT can.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Folks, if you have been watching our updates you see we have a lot of stuff that has gone out and come back in from finishes. The satin machine finished parts never make the update tables. We keep all our products on the shelf as blanks in satin finish to either be done in your choice of color or engraved in that machine finish look right off the shelf.

Those satin machine finish orders that need engraving usually ship in 10-15 days, from date of ordering.

Therefore, please remember if you see your order has come back in from a particular finish do allow us up to 15 days to complete any final engravings, assemblies, or other processes to get your items shipped out to you.
