Manufacturing Update June 18th, 2018

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the latest Manufacturing Update from the BT HQ. We have a few out of stock items will share with you below and overall, as we reported last week we are in good shape product wise. The team has a lot more colors getting bundled up to go out for anodize (plate) and powder coat in the coming days so we do expect to launch at least one more, and possibly two, updates this week.

Fuse Box Covers

We did sell out on the 2012 and up Charger Fuse Box Covers, 2015 and up Challenger fuse box covers as well as the 2012 and up 300 covers. Will have more material here here late next week and will start manufacturing these again the first week of July.

Valve & Coolant Tank Covers

We are running valve covers and coolant tank covers right now also and will be sending a several sets of valve covers out for plating within the week. Satin machine finish we should have those of you with back orders out late the week of June 25th.

Satin Catch Cans

All satin catch cans that have not shipped through June 1st will be shipping over the course of the next 10 days. A bunch of those cans we are waiting for another round of nickel fittings and black powder coat fittings to come in from outside services and we expect shipments for both here any day. Remember if you need expedited service to email or call us and we will get your satin can out in a couple days to you.

Colors and Finishes

As most of you who follow along on with these updates on a regular basis you you can see we we are extremely busy and doing all in our power to stay on lead-time. We never rush our outside suppliers who perform such an amazing job for us so please understand when we are busy they will be too and they do not just work on our parts either. It will very much be worth the wait to receive your BT Bling. This is our promise to you.

Colors Still Out

The following colors are still out at plate as of today’s update:

• Standard and matte titanium form June 7th
• Red from June 12th
• Black from June 13th

Matte Black & Matte Red

Today we sent the next rounds of matte black and red out and we will be adding to those batches. We needed to get some of these older orders out to anodize, and that is exactly what we did today.

Green and Matte Green

In addition to the matte black we received back in last week that we sent out on May 14th we also have received back the green and matte green from June 4th. The green orders are below that came back in today.

Final Process & Assembly Lead Times

Please remember to allow us 7-15 days to do any final assemblies or additional processes such as engraving on your parts that come back in from outside services prior to shipping. If you find that time frame is going to be on the bubble for an event you are attending and we may miss a delivery, please call us so we can work with you to get your order completed quicker. We are here to help in any way we possibly can.

Lead Time for Satin Finish Products

If you order anything in machine satin as far as under hood items less the catch can, as stated in the opening paragraphs of this update we are in good shape product wise and most satin machine finish orders will ship engraved within 15 business days or sooner.
