Manufacturing Update June 18, 2021

Good afternoon everyone. We are quickly moving through the month of June. As always Team BT appreciates each and every one of you for your generous support and trust.

We will get right into what has come back in, and gone out, cover some stock statuses and any other information going on at the BT HQ, so let’s get started.

Nick Billet’s Father’s Day Giveaway

It’s Father’s Day weekend! To all dads Team BT extends a very Happy Father’s Day to you! Speaking of Father’s Day Nick Billet is doing his annual Free Father’s Day Giveaway. Three lucky winners have an opportunity to win. The grand prize winner will take home a whole truck load of what we have to offer and you can customize it too (many of our past winners have done just that and gone all out with a custom theme).

How do you enter? Easy. If you are friends with Nick Billet over on his Facebook Page, find his posting concerning the giveaway and just simply leave a comment.

Can’t get on Nick’s Facebook Page (he is very close to or at his limit), go to Nick’s Instagram Page, find the Father’s Day giveaway image and simply make a comment. It’s that easy.

Stock Status Update

All stock statuses are up to date on each product. You can find that information in the “availability” next to the unit price of the item you are interested in. Below is a break down of what is out of stock or just coming back in to stock.

PCV Covers

PCV Covers are off the machine now and caps are going on. We will be replenished next week and start shipping all back orders middle of next week. Colors will start to go out next week also.

Dipsticks

Sigma Series Oil Dipsticks and standard “T” shaped Oil Dipsticks are coming off the lathe now. We will have zero interruptions as far as lead-times go.

Classic Radiator Caps

Classic style Billet Tech Radiator Caps are also being manufactured. No interruptions as far as lead-times.

Trailer Hitch Plugs

Trailer Hitch Plugs are sold out. The next run will be in July. We will be manufacturing a sleeve as an add on if you have a 2.5″ insert.

Supercharger Coolant Covers

Hellcat Supercharger coolant reservoir covers are sold out. These will go on a machine right after our July 4th break.

Hellcat & Trackhawk Water Necks

Hellcat and Trackhawk water necks are sold out as of this week. Material will be ordered next week and both styles will go on a machine after our July 4th break.

Coolant Tank Covers

Coolant Tank Covers are sold out again. Man you guys ate that last batch up. Material is ordered and we will run them in early July again.

Coil Pack Covers

The next round will be machined in mid July.

Valve Covers

Valve Cover Material will be here between July 15th to the 20th. We have placed the order for the material and this is the ETA we are receiving from our vendor.

All of our other items we have stock and we are constantly manufacturing to keep all items on the shelf in machine satin finishes.

Satin Machine Finish Products

Folks remember we keep all our products in machine satin finish. Most items ordered in satin ship within 15 days as long as we have inventory.

Want to order your products in plain satin machine finish without engraves and have your own custom powder coating or coloring done then send the pieces back to us to engrave or customize them? Satin Catch Cans

Satin machined finished catch can orders through June 15th have cleared assembly and are in final QC right now. All cans will be in to Andrea to package early next week.

All “pending to ship” status catch cans through the 15th will be moving to “ready to ship” status on Monday. When in doubt just give us a call.

If you are ordering a can over the phone with one of our BT teammates and need it shipped out the next business day, please let that individual know that you need it to ship asap, and it will be done.

Ordering online? Let us know in the comments section, and we will handle that when we batch the orders the next business morning.

Colors In

This week we received quite a bit back in from color. The batches of Blue, Matte Blue, Copper, Matte Copper, and the miscellaneous batches from May 27th are all back in. The team has already begun sorting these and getting them ready for final processes. Please allow us 10-15 business days to complete these processes and get your parts out to you.

Colors Out

We sent batches of Blue and Matte Blue, Matte Black, Matte Red, and Redline Red Metallic out for color. Please see the tables below for more information. As always, if you have any questions or need one-on-one assistance with your order, call (561.582.6171) or email us.

Color Batches on Deck

Next round of colors on deck are Standard Black, and Standard Red Anodize.

Plum Crazy Purple Added!

We also recently introduced the true factory color match plum crazy purple option to the product offerings. We will be sending out a round of plum crazy before the end of the month, so if you want it, now is the time to jump into this batch.

Cutting it Close and Need Your Parts?

We know its show season, and folks are gathering again, cities and states are resuming a somewhat normal routine with life moving on as best it can. If you have an upcoming event, and are trying to get your BT Bling before that event, please reach out to us so we can do all we can to make it happen.

If you pay attention to our updates you see how extremely busy we are. The satin machine finished parts never make the updates because they go into the shop for engravings a few days after ordering.
