Manufacturing Update June 20, 2019

Good evening everyone. As always we appreciate you, all your support, the trust you place in us, as well as allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences.

New Lathe & Satin Catch Can Update

Let’s start off with the great news. Our new lathe that replaced the lemon machine is fantastic. We are pleased to report that satin catch cans are shipping within 2-4 business days, and all satin cans ordered through June 15th have shipped.

Satin cans ordered through June 16th are clearing assembly, now and will be shipping early next week. Thank you everyone for your support.

Stock Statuses

We do have some stock status to report to you here as well on things we are running low on and are out of stock on so take a look and as always if you have any questions or have a current order open on any of these items just reach out to us and will answer any questions or concerns you may have.

HC Quick Connect Kits

We are running low on Hellcat, Trackhawk and Demon quick connect kits that go with your catch cans. We may experience a couple day delay to ship on satin cans (for these applications) the middle of next week, as we won’t be getting those on the machine again until probably the 26th or 27th. We do have stock, just running low, and providing you guys and gals a heads up.

Shifter Balls

Shifter balls we are completely out of stock on. We will be running them sometime in the middle of July.

We don’t have many open orders on those. If you are in a holding pattern for one to ship, and are getting antsy, please be assured we are going to get them turned and done here in the next couple of weeks.

Water Necks

Water necks for 5.7, 6.1, 392 and Hellcat/Demon are all manufacturing now.

Satin machine finish will ship first for the 5.7, 6.1, and 392 Hemis later next week and Hellcat/Demon water necks in satin machine will start to ship the week of July 8th.

Colors and polish will start to go to finish on those also the week of July 8th so please do keep an eye on the MFG Updates or give us a call if you have any questions.

Power Seat Covers

Power Seat Covers are manufactured and back in stock.   Satin machine finish are shipping now. Colors and polish have started to go out for finish and will continue to send them to our vendor partners for those processes.

ABS Covers

We have very low stock on ABS Covers. Will be running them again late the week of July 8th.

Coolant Tank Covers

The coolant tank covers are running. Satin machine finishes will ship in two waves. Wave one will start to ship late the week of July 8th, and into the week of July 15th. Colors and polish will begin to go out to our supplier partners at that time also.

Wave two in satin machine finish will start to ship late in the week of July 15th and into the week of July 22nd. Color and polish on wave two will go to our vendor partners the week of July 22nd. We have a lot of coolant tanks to manufacture again and we will need to break into the machine for two days to complete a non automotive job (car parts) that will cause some disruption there.

This is unexpected friends, so our apologies. Please know we will work as quickly as possible to pickup that lost ground.

EGR Deletes

We have very low stock. These orders come in “spurts”; we don’t sell any for weeks then sell five or six in a day.  We won’t be doing another run on these until late July or early August. If you are needing one now would be a good time to order we, have 11 left as of today’s update.

PCV Covers

PCV Covers are running low. We will manufacture another round again in mid July. We have plenty of PCV Caps.

Throttle Body Covers

Throttle body covers for 2013 and up we have are sold out. Next manufacturing run will be the week of July 15th.

Bypass Valve Covers

Hellcat and Demon bypass valve covers are also sold out. Next manufacturing run will also be the week of July 15th.

The Rest

Everything else we are in good shape inventory wise and we are staying on or just a little past the standard lead-times currently. For more information on lead-times please review that information in each product or you can view that right here:Order Lead Times.

Currently we are running about five weeks on all color and polish item. All satin items requiring engraving we are shipping within 2 weeks from the day you place your order. When in doubt give us a call.

Batches Out for Finish

Finally we do have quite a bit of product out at anodize currently and we should have the bulk of those orders back if not all of them back prior to July 4th. Same with powder coating we should have all the powder coating back in as well. Today we received the matte black from 5/16, and sent out another matte black batch, as well as blue and matte blue.
