Manufacturing Update June 22nd, 2018

Good morning everyone and welcome to another Manufacturing update for June 2018.

Todays update we have a few products that we are running now, or getting low on stock, so will talk about those first. We also received our standard semigloss black anodize back in and you will be able to see if your order came back in on the table below.

Fuse Box Covers

Fuse box covers are updated in the product availability on the website. We are low to no stock on the car side of things, and will be making another manufacturing round in early July. If you have an event or show upcoming please contact us so we can work with you to meet your delivery time frame.

HC Catch Can Mounts and Fuse Box Mounts

Hellcat catch can and fuse box mounts we do not have any but we are preparing to knock out another couple hundred early next week. Same with the fender mounts.  Will start shipping those satin cans asap as soon as the mounts come off the machine and have another round of colors out again next week.

All Satin catch cans ordered through May 21st are shipped or shipping by Monday and everything from May 22nd forward will have cleaned up into next week.  When in doubt plesae call.

Valve Covers

Machine Satin Valve Cover orders through June 18th will start to ship late next week. We ran 12 sets for expedited delivery orders. We have material for another 45 sets ready to start and will have product on the shelf starting next month ready to go.

Those folks with color or polish orders through June 18th we will have you delivered by mid July to get your builds wrapped up. We have been in communication with many of you via phone and email to keep you up to date. This will also include those of you who added coil pack covers to your order as well. Those will be ready to go with your valve covers.

Coil Pack Covers

Speaking of coil pack covers they are manufactured. Satin machine finish sets non engraved will ship next week, engraved sets in satin early July and all colors will ship in July. We have plenty of inventory moving forward again so if you have been waiting to order a set we can ship within our lead-times.

Coolant Tank Covers

Coolant tank covers are running and machine satin sets will start to ship in mid July colors in late July and will have inventory on the shelf moving forward. We have made additional engineering changes to accommodate shaker hoods and Demon owners.

Hood Prop Covers

Hood prop covers are on the shelf in machine satin again shipping daily, colors are out to plate or have come back in and shipping. Trunk shock covers on deck will go live with those shortly.

Catch Cans

Speaking of catch cans we shipped a bunch of satin cans this week, and we are right around 15 days from order to shipping again. Please, if you need us to ship immediately contact us via phone or email and will get it out. We are running 1200 units per month to cover our individual clients, as well as our private label customers and these include non Mopar based cars. We appreciate you and your support truly.

Other Products

Everything else product wise is in good shape and we have another round of colors heading out early next week again so if you order has not gone to plate or powder coat yet chances are very good you will see it pop up an update next week.

As always, if you have any questions, comments, concerns, or want to vent call or email us. Remember folks phones are live here 6:00 A.M. through 3:30 P.M. Monday-Friday. If you get that voice mail please, PLEASE, please leave us those call back digits. We answer the phone folks, but with nine of us here we often wear many hats so we are either on the other line or in the shop working where it can be hard to hear. We do our best to keep someone in the office at all times to field those calls during calling hours.

Same with the emails. The auto-responder back to you is on point. If we do not reply to you within the time frame as stated on the email, call us. We are here to help you and communicate with you before, during and after each sale.
