Manufacturing Update June 25, 2021

Friends welcome to the end of another work week, and our weekly update on what’s happening here at the BT HQ.

It is the last update for June and we wrap up the first half that has been 2021. Thank you all once more for your generous support and trust.

4th of July Holiday

As we mentioned last week, our vendor partners will be breaking for the July 4th Holiday weekend late next week. Business will resume again on July 6th.

We too will be taking a mini vacation for the 4th of July holiday. We will launch an article with our holiday schedule and other related info on Monday. You won’t want to miss it.

Colors Out

This week we sent a batch out for white powder coat as well as a batch for standard red anodize.

Colors In

The batches of matte black, yellow, titanium, as well as the two small batches of blue are back in the shop. The team as been sorting and getting these parts off for their last operations.

If you see your order had come back from color, please allow up to 15 Business days for us to complete any final processes needed. This includes assembly, engraving quality control inspection, packaging, etc. If you have any questions, or concerns, please call (561.582.6171) or email us. We are here to help.

Batches Still Out for Color

The following finishes are still out with our outside vendor partners:

• Octane Red (should be back next week)
• F8 Green (should be back next week)
• Redline Red Pearlcoat (should be back next week)
• Matte Red (mid next week due back in)
• Plum Power Coat (due here mid next week)
• Polish
  – We are hoping to have it back before the July 4th break. It’s been out for a hot minute and Anthony was working on the batch this week when we spoke to him.

Big Batch of Standard Black on Deck

Before we break for July 4th we will be sending out a big batch of standard black anodize to go along with the standard red we sent this week.

There is a LOT of black anodize that needs to be done. We are going to get it out late Monday afternoon so we can have it back in here the first week of July, along with the red anodize that went out on today’s update.

Factory Color Batches on Deck

We will be sending B5 Blue, and Jazz Blue out for finish either Tuesday, July 6th or Wednesday, July 7th. Keep an eye on the updates for more information.

Stock Statuses

All stock statuses are up to date on our site. That information is located in the availability section, next to the unit price, on each product’s page.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping right around 10 biz days from date of order. We have plenty of stock.

If you need us to ship your catch can out the next business day after you order it please let us know in the order comments when checking out online. If you’re calling in to place your order over the phone let the friendly BT rep who is taking care of you know so we can get that done for you.

Satin Machine Finish Items are on the Shelf

Keeping it short and sweet today folks. Lots of catch cans in assembly, lots of product in the shop to be engraved. We are continuing to manufacture products to keep pace with the demand as well.

Remember you never see the satin machine finish items on these updates as we keep all of our products in machine finish blanks on the shelf ready to be assembled and/or engraved. Most satin machine finished orders ship within 15 business days or sooner.

If we don’t answer it’s because we are on the other line, or honestly we can’t hear the phone in the shop. We will call you back the same business day in most cases if not the next business morning if after hours.
