Manufacturing Update June 27th, 2017

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the final MFG Update for June 2017.  We are blazing through the year and we are extremely humbled and grateful for your business and support.  

As always please find within this article the items that have gone out for finishes, and those that have come back in.  Please remember to allow up to two weeks for us to finalize your order once we receive it back from finishes.  

Summer Volume

We are in the heart of the busy time of year here for us at the facility we are in good shape on product and sending items to finish several times per week.  As is the case when you deal with the best of the best in the business as far as metal finishing goes our extremely talented suppliers are in very high demand right now and thats why we are always on the side of caution and fall back on the extended lead-time period (Order Lead-Times).  If you are going to an event or show and have a “need by date” please let us know this so we can work towards meeting your schedule. We will do our very best to make that happen.  We alway appreciate your support and trust.  

Website Product Stock Statuses

All products are up to date on the website as far as availability.  As stated above we are in good shape on most every product we build with the exception of a few Ram, Jeep and Durango fuse box covers which we are running now.  We will begin shipping those in mid July in satin with color and polish to start towards the end of July.  

Catch Cans

As usual the BT Catch Can is the hottest seller in our product lineup.  We are building them every single day as fast as we can and in order of receipt.  Need something quicker please call us for help and assistance.  All Satin Catch Can Orders through June 16th are in assembly now and shipping.  All satin catch cans from June 17th forward will start to assembly right after the July 4th break. We will remain on lead-time with all our colors or into extended lead-time due to the heavy volume.  Once more in a hurry please call or email us so we can move you into the expedited que.  

Hellcat Waternecks

Hellcat thermostat housings aka water necks we have a very very VERY limited supply left on this first run.  If you are interested in that part, and in our opinion this is one of the best looking items we sell, get on board for manufacturing round two that will be happening towards the end of July. July will be an exciting month here we ask you to simply stay tuned for that and so much more!

As always if you at any time have any questions, comments, or concerns we are a phone call or email away.  Please be sure to leave us a voicemail if you do call and we don’t pickup especially when from 12:00-12:30 P.M., EST and then again after 4:00 P.M. EST.  We will call you back always but we do need you to leave us that message. Same with email if you don’t hear back from us within the allotted time we tell you about in the auto-responder just give us a call.  We are definitely not immune to mistakes and miss things.  Our goals is always to get you helped out quickly and have you on board as a BT Family member for years to come, or at the very least if you are looking and not entirely sure if you want to step inside, we definite want you to feel important to us because you are.  

July 4th Holiday

Finally the Team will be breaking for the July 4th holiday starting at 12:00 P.M. EST., Friday, June 30th and we will return Wednesday July 5th again at 6:00 A.M. EST.  We will be shipping quite a bit of stuff between now and Friday afternoon so please keep an eye on your inbox for your tracking numbers or call us for the latest and greatest if your details are not here on this update.
