Manufacturing Update June 8th, 2018

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to Friday. As is always the case we appreciate you and all the support. Today is a supplemental update to keep you informed as to what has come back in and gone out for plating. Next week we will be sending out a major haul of product so please be sure to check in around Tuesday or Wednesday.

Remember folks we are just like you we are at events, we race, and we show off our sleds. The last thing any of us wants is to have you looking at all your beautiful BT bling and be pissed off. This is why we write these updates and keep a totally transparent window here. Can’t wait, don’t want to wait we get it and understand we won’t be for you. Want the absolute BEST product welcome. It will be so worth the wait.

Satin Catch Cans

On Wednesday of next week we will update the build table for satin catch cans. We have shipped quite a few this week and really will have as major push to get most of these orders back on 10-15 days to build and ship.

If you have a satin can on order here and you need it to ship immediately email or call us we can make it happen for you. Our shortages were on Z brackets and we have those coming off over the next 4 days in order to take care of old business and current business.

Orange and Clear Anodize

Both standard orange and matte orange are back in as well as clear and matte clear anodize. We alrady put a bunch of those catch cans out to ship and have started to engrave on the other items.

Please remember after you see your order come back in from outside service please allow us up to 15 days to complete any final processes such as engraving assembly or both. If that time frame poses a problem and you are on the bubble for a show or an event please reach out to us asap so we can get you moved up and expedited out. We do this every day for people.

Valve Covers

Quick note on valve covers they are running and satin sets for those on the expedite shipping list will be ready to go by the end of the month. We have one more allotment left to expedite on satin for a June shipment. July for color and polish then we will bulid the rest of the inventory that will carry us through 2018 (50-52 sets depending if we loose any on the run aka scrap). Those sets will start to ship in satin by mid July colors by end of July then satin machine finished sets will be on the shelf.

Coil Pack Covers

Coil pack covers are running and will have a round up to plate and powder coat in the next 7-10 days. We send those separate.

Coolant Tank Covers

Big Coolant tank covers will start to ship by the end of June also.

Product Inventory Status

Product wise we are in good shape as reported last week. No changes.

Hellcat Dipstick Shortage (OEM)

Hellcat dipstick shortages will start to subside within the week as we begin to get factory sticks in since FCA changed from 6 to 7 quarts of oil.

ABS Covers

ABS Covers are back on the shelf in machine satin colors and polish will start to ship towards the end of the month.
