Manufacturing Update March 11, 2022

Good afternoon everyone. It’s Friday again, and time for another Manufacturing Update. Folks we are keeping it short and sweet today. We are super busy and this is all because of you so our bow down to you and our total appreciation and love for your trust and support.

Issues with Gmail

Folks who are sending us emails via Gmail, we still can only see your email in to us. Our outbound replies are being bounced.

We are responding from our secondary email. When in doubt please call us (561.582.6171).

This is an issue ONLY with Gmail accounts, NOT any other providers.

We are migrating to a new mail client and tentative migration will be completed on March 17th. We keep all our our email here so every single email since we started our brand will be coming over to the new server.

This will fix the Gmail issues on new mail inbound to us and our replies back to you.

Color Batches Out

This week we sent out batches of White, Yellow, Standard Red, Orange/Matte Orange, Jazz Blue, Racing Red Metallic, Sublime and PCP. Please see the tables below this article for more details. If you need more information, please call (561.582.6171) or email us.

Color Batches In

We received back a bunch of batches this week and sent quite a bit out. The only bottlenecks as far a finishing goes are for factory color matches. The batches of Plum powder coat, Black, as well as Titanium are back.

Final Processes & Order Statuses

We are wrapping up the Purple, Matte Purple, Blue, Matte Blue, Yellow, Frostbite, Destroyer Grey, Clear Anodize and Indigo Blue. If you saw your order came back on those batches, know that we are close to getting your parts in to the lovely Andrea to pack and ship out to you.

When you see your order is in “Pending to Ship Status” it means your order is back and we are completing final tasks in preparation to ship.

those of you who paid via credit card, when your orders come back from finishes, we will reauthorize your card and charge the remainder of the balance.

“Ready to Ship Status” you order will ship within one business day. Any questions please do call us.

Factory Color Match

Please be patient it will be well worth the wait. The paint that we sent this week is the remainder of the Jazz Blue (all pieces), coolant tank covers, and misc parts for TorRed, Sublime, and Plum Crazy since our good friends at Creative Custom Finishing are working on those batches of color now.

Factory Color Match on Deck

Next paint match finishes that will be going out, and yes they will be going in the next week to 10 days, are B5 Blue, Octane Red, F8 Green and Smoke Show. All open orders with those finishes we do have them bundled up and ready to head to the west coast to be painted as soon as we have the thumbs up from the good people at CCF.

Once back in house all factory color match batches have top priority to be completed and shipped out. We know you are anxious, just as we are, to get them out and in to your hands as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your BT Bling.

Yes, it takes time to get our items. Through the process we will be there for you from start to finish, and after. Our goal since day one is about relationship and connections made beyond the beautiful BT Bling in the box.

Need to vent, we are here for that too, but the end result will be something you will truly admire and appreciate. You will have peace of mind knowing that we will stand behind the product, not just toss you aside, if you have an issue down the road well after the sale is completed.

Stock Statuses

The only change we have on the inventory update is we sold out of 05-10 throttle body covers this week. We will run another batch in mid April.

Fuse Box Covers

Fuse box covers for Rams, Durangos, Jeeps, Chargers, Challengers and 300’s are being manufactured right now in the shop.  

Satin machine finish will start to ship late next week and the week of March 21st (all styles), with colors starting to go out again to our vendor partners for finishes at the end of the month.

Coolant Tank Covers

Coolant tank covers are shipping.

Folks as we told you on last week’s update, we were able to locate a drop of material through Alro in Indiana so we can get some inventory on the shelf, after we ship all back ordered business.

As of today’s write up we have 7 available (orders batched and processing through close of business on March 10th). These will go very quickly so if you are wanting one now is the time.

We honestly cannot say for certain when we will be able to run these again, it will be based solely on material availability. Our tentative plan is to run them again in early May, so stay tuned and when in doubt just call (561.582.6171) or email us.

Satin Machine Parts

Satin machine finish products are always shipping and in the engrave queue as long as we have stock.

Stock status can be found by checking the availability section next to the unit price of each product.

Satin catch cans are shipping within 3-7 business days.

Everyone have a fantastic weekend. Spring is literally here! Time change this happens Sunday as we move the clock ahead one hour.

Team BT will be working all weekend (in the shop only) to keep the orders moving. If you watch our updates you see how much we have going on here, and the satin machine finished orders (our biggest selling parts) never make the updates because we are always working on them. Only colors and polish tables make the updates as we do not do those processes here.
