Manufacturing Update March 13, 2024

Good afternoon BT Family. Thank you as always for your generous support and trust.

Current Orders with Custom Artwork

Many of you have custom projects that are coming to completion now. Nick Billet will be in touch with your renderings, so please keep an eye on your inboxes, and get with him as soon as you can so we can get your parts to you.

We were finishing a bunch of coolant tank covers presently as well as fuse box covers on the custom side. Nick is working on ID Plates and we should be popping all those on for engraving here in the next week.

Same with beverage deletes. We also have several sets of coil pack covers here that we will be getting on a machine and wrapping up before months end. Things are always fluid so we could move up sooner or could push back a bit.

Colors In

We have had a lot of batches come in from finishes since we visited with you last. The Indigo Blue, Standard Black, and White are back in, and many orders have already shipped. Please see the tables below for more information.

Colors Out

We have sent out batches of Blue/Matte Blue, Matte Red, and Clear/Matte Clear to anodize. Please check the tables below for more information. If you need additional information, or just want to check the status of your order call (561.582.6171) or email us, we are here to help.

Factory Color Match Batches

We have Sublime Green, Octane Red, and Today Redline Red Pearl is out on the tables below. The Octane Red will be back here at the facility any day. Thats the batch we sent in December. As mentioned above, the Indigo Blue is back.

B5 Blue is the next big batch going to paint. We will have that out by Monday, March 18th.

Inventory & Production Runs

We have the following products currently in manufacturing to restock and fill back orders:

• PCV Caps
• PCV Covers
• Uni-strut covers are finishing up their manufacturing run now
• All under hood caps have been replenished and restocked
  • (oil cap, radiator cap, supercharger coolant caps, washer fluid caps, oil dip sticks, brake fluid caps)

The Following products will be on a machine in the next couple weeks to replenish inventory:

• Power Seat Covers
• Manifold Baffle Covers
• ABS Covers
• 2019+ Ram and Jeep Fuse Box Covers
• Coil Pack Covers will be run again the first week of April
• Water Necks
  • Hellcat Charger, Challenger, Durango, Trackhawk and RAM TRX are partially machined and will wrap manufacturing starting the week of March 18th

We have plenty of inventory on the following products:

• Coolant Tank Covers
• Fuse Box Covers for 2012-2023 Charger, Challenger, and 300

Catch Cans

Satin machine finish catch cans are shipping in 1-5 business days from ordering.

We are wrapping up another round of z brackets and Jeep/Durango Brackets will ship right around the 5-7 dad mark as we replenish inventory.

We are low on fender mount brackets Next batch will be run the week of March 25th. Call in on that if you need to be absolutely sure we have fender mounts.
