Manufacturing Update March 28, 2017

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the late March 2017 Manufacturing Update.  We are close to closing out quarter number one for this year and it’s just been flying by.  As is always the case we thank you or you trust and support.  It Seems we are saying this on a pretty regular basis in these updates at the end of each month be we would be remiss if we didn’t again say thank you for another record breaking month.  Non Countdown Sale this is the biggest month in the history of our brand.  You guys and gals are fantastic.  Thank you again.

With that let’s get started with the information we have a lot to cover today.

Hood Props

Yes finally after a long long LONG delay we have hood prop cover again!!  We will begin shipping satin out within the next 7-10 days. Colors and polish will update all of you with open orders on those in a separate MFG Update by the end of this week on where you are it be it in designer cut or at plate. We have over 600 sets to update it is best we do that on its own and will be getting those details up in the next few days.

Needless to say if you had a hood prop cover order in here we have you 100% covered.  All orders will be at 40% off when we ship them to you.  In April after we have shipped all back orders we will once again put that product back on our website for ordering.  Thank you to all who have stuck it out with us on this product.

Coil Pack Covers

We have inventory in satin with color and polish on lead-time.  If you want a custom cut on those as is the case with over 90%  of these orders please call or email us so we can help assist you in getting those orders placed.  

Valve Covers

Valve covers for the first quarter of 2017 are running!  We are about half way sold out on this run.  If you are interested in a set you can place your order right on line.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.  Once these sets are completed and sold out we will not do another run until sometime in September or October of this year again.  Thank you all for your support.

Catch cans

Catch cans are continually running and shipping in order of receipt.  We are building over 1,000 units every 45 days now each until accounted for and sold.  Satin lead-times are within 3-5 days of shipping color and polish at least polish are on lead-time we are experiencing some color delays due to our anodizer have an extremely busy workload at the moment.

Please know we are shipping as quickly as possible without delay and here at Billet Tech we do not copy or rip off other people’s designs as has been done blatantly to us. See a “look alike” can out there we will beat that price by 10% no questions asked just give us a call.

Under Hood Kits

We have plenty of inventory on all pieces for under hood kits with the exception of the smaller washer fluid cap. We are manufacturing now so we should not experience any major delays on lead-time.

Strut Covers

Both Devo style and Uni-Strut style we have satin in stock color and polish on lead-time.

Wheel Center Caps

2.5″ Wheel Center Caps are sold out we are manufacturing now.  Please allow for a slight delay in shipping those sizes. Questions?  Call us for any assistance you need.

Shifter balls

We are sold out of the round old school shifter ball.  

Hellcat Supercharger Coolant Covers

HC Supercharger Coolant covers are shipping!  Yes, the delay was long and we thank you for your patience. We have inventory for orders moving forward and all finishes have started to ship.  We will have all backorders on these filled by the middle part of April and all current business on lead-time. This is an exceptional piece you will not be disappointed.  

Fuse box covers

All styles in stock and shipping. 

ABS Covers

Manufactured with all backorders shipping and current business staying on lead-time or sooner.

Yellow!

You asked for it we heard you.  Yellow is available on all catch cans, water necks, hose ends, and braided line kits.  We are adding the yellow to under hood kits this week and all under hood pieces. If you wish to place a yellow order and you don’t see it in a product call us for help in placed that order.  All yellow will start to ship in April.  

Anodize delays

Friends we have had plate out for some time on some of these colors.  Please be patient our anodizer is really backed up.  Some parts such as blue have been out since early February.  

We will never rush our plater or ask him to compromise.  If you have been paying attention to the updates you can see the volume of items going out.  We are being assured all outstanding plate will be back at our facility towards the end of next week and into early the following week.  

Standard Black

We have received some standard black back, we have received ALL THE RED back from the prior updates and we have received all matte black back from the prior updates.

Purple, Orange, Clear, Blue and more Black

All purple, orange, clear, blue and more black will be back in by the first week of April with the exception of the black that is on this update that went on March 24th.  Please understand we have plate going out and coming back on a continually basis therefore you may not even see your order pop up on one of these updates. When in doubt call us we are here to help you.  

Polish

Please allow 7-14 days from receipt of colors or polish back into our facility from outside services to be either assembled and engraved prior to shipping.  At BT we pride ourselves on having the very best finishes and we feel you receive the best value anywhere in the aftermarket.  No one comes close.

All Angles Design

Finally we want to welcome All Angles Design back into the Modern Mopar Community.  Mikah and All Angles create some of the most unique and well machined parts for our platform. From the Four Point Harness in the Demon that is forthcoming to upper and lower control arms for our vehicles these items are rigorously tested, and extremely well made.  They are NOT RIPPED off from others as has happened to All Angles Design with the Four Point Harness and the control arms.  

At Billet Tech we may be competitors with All Angles on some of the product offerings they have but we also respect and appreciate great work and well thought out work and will promote such work when we see it.  All Angles is no exception to this.  As a disclaimer we do not manufacture any of these parts.   We simply are fans of the work and will be putting their parts on our builds (control arms and four point harness) in the coming months.  Visit All Angels Designs on Facebook right here All Angles Design for all the latest information and links on how to order their new catalog of parts fourth coming.  No more having to buy from companies with absolutely no “logix” who create nothing and build nothing and who overcharge you and steal someone else’s hard work.
