Manufacturing Update March 28, 2022

Folks happy Monday. Sorry for moving Friday’s update out a couple days. We will get you guys and gals up to speed today and get back on the Friday routine later this week. With that let’s dive right in and get cracking!

Factory Color Match

Finally! The Octane Red and B5 Blue have gone out for factory color match paint. Folks that’s the good news.

It’s going to be a couple weeks until we have that back from our friends at Creative Custom Finishing, but rest assured it will be worth it.

The color match batches are very old, we know it. As soon as the parts come in they get priority over everything as far as engraving and assembly goes.

Next colors out for factory color match next week will be Redline Red, F8 Green, and Smoke Show. Destroyer Grey will go the week of April 11th.

Colors In

We received back the matte red, blue and matte blue as well as the yellow powder coat since we last visited with you. Those orders can be found on the tables below.

Colors Out

In addition to the factory color match that went out last week we also sent out another round of matte black, and standard black anodize.

We should see those back within the week our plating partners are turning around in about a weeks time from when we drop off.

Batches Still Out for Color

The racing red metallic, white powder coat and lime green metallic powder coat are still at finish. Those orders will be done by the end of the week.

We will pickup another big batch of black and yes white fittings for the catch cans.

Stock Statuses

Folks we have updated the inventory on the website. You can find the stock status for any product simply by checking the Availability next to the unit price of the product.

Just some brief info on inventory:

Sigma Series Radiator & Sigma Series Super Charger Coolant Caps

Sigma series radiator, and super charger coolant caps are machined and back on the shelf. Satin finished back orders are starting to ship and colors are starting to go out for finishes.

PCV Covers

These sold out late last week. We will order material at the end of the week, and hopefully get those on a machine late next week or early the following week (week of April 11th).

ABS & Hellcat/Durango Supercharger Coolant Reservoir Covers

ABS Covers have been pushed back on manufacturing as well as Hellcat/Durango Supercharger Coolant Reservoir covers to the week of April 11th. We are going to try our best to get them on late next week (the week of April 4th).

2005-2010 Throttle Body Covers

2005-2010 Throttle Body Covers sold out last week. That was going to be it and we were going to retire that particular style to the BT Vault. However sales on those years picked up again.

We will at least make one more manufacturing run and will be done after this. We have 21 of these to fill 3 satin machine finishes and the rest are colors.

Water Necks

Water necks for 5.7, 6.1 and 6.4L Hemis, we have 2 left after this weekend’s biz. We ordered material today and will get those on our lathe later this week. We have a window to put those on this week before we get tied up on another longer running job.

There will be very little impact or delays on shipping. Satin usually shipped the next business day, but orders this week will ship next week in satin machine finish until we replenish.

We are moving a lot of these right now and our team appreciates the business.

Satin Catch Cans

Folks satin cans are shipping around the 5 business day mark from the day you order them. Between all of our fantastic clients and distribution partners buying it’s non-stop on the machine and the assembly queue.

If you need us to ship your catch can out the next business day after you order it please let us know in the order comments if you are ordering online, or if you are placing your order over the phone let the friendly BT representative know and we will get that handled for you.

Payment Terms & Policies

Just a friendly reminder friends, if you are paying with a credit card we do charge a 30% deposit to start work. It is refundable if you call us and cancel your order prior to shipping.

PayPal payments are INSTANT. We do not control this, this is PayPal’s policy not ours.

If you are uncomfortable with us holding your money until we ship, because yes it does take some time to ship any color or polished items, then please call us to make other arrangements. We are easy to talk to and easy to work with.

If you dispute the PayPal prior to shipping we will automatically cancel your order. Communication is a two way street, and we are always available to discuss options with you that make sense for your needs at any particular time.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Another friendly reminder, when parts come back in from plating, polishing, or painting we will move your order to pending to ship status. Allow us a couple weeks to wrap up any final processes, such as engraving etc, prior to shipping your order.

This goes for anyone ordering right now, with spring around the corner, longer days, car shows are starting again. Reach out to us and we will do all we can to get your parts to you by your need by date.

When your order moves to ready to ship status that means your product(s) will be shipping within one business day and expect tracking information to be added to your order asap. When in doubt just give us a call or drop an email on over to us.
