Manufacturing Update March 5, 2019

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the first MFG Update for March 2019. Daylight savings time is this coming weekend and that means longer days, summer shows, and racing are around the corner. Our team wants to thank each and every one of you for the tremendous support and your trust.

Product Stock Statuses

First the good news. We are in good shape on all products with the exception of a few items.

• Low & High Pressure A/C Port Cap Covers:
  These are going on the machine within the week.
• 2005-2010 Washer Fluid Caps:
  These are also scheduled to be cut within the week.
• Coil Pack Covers:
  We will finally be putting those on this month again, to get those back orders filled. This product runs quickly, we thank you for your patience.

UnMatched Quality, No Cut Corners

We know many of you are watching these updates see how much product is going to plating and powder coating. Our talented supplier partners are buried, and as we have posted here many times, we simply will not rush them to cut corners.

We are blessed by how many of you all are buying our products with your hard earned dollars, even with the chatter on the social webs that “the wait is too long, etc”. We do not take that for granted, and our number one goal is to always provide you with the absolute best product, supported by personalized service to match.

We won’t take your order and leave you hanging with no updates, emails left without a response, nor will we dodge your calls. The purpose of these Manufacturing Updates is to keep every customer, or potential customer, in the loop.

Catch Cans

As mentioned in prior updates we will be sending catch cans in their own batches several times per month to get a quicker turnaround, rather than lumping them in with all of the other products we offer. Racking parts is extremely time consuming and if you don’t use care in preparing and racking you are asking for a poorly finished product.

With the (literally) thousands of pieces we have sent for finishes since the first of the year this is the very best way we can keep that product continually moving to you. Yes, it is our number one product, and the most requested in our lineup.

Satin cans are being machined daily, and shipping in order of receipt. We have plenty of satin cans and if you need a machine satin can to ship immediately please let us know in the order comments when checking out, or call us, so we can handle that for you.

As we start getting these colors back on catch cans will start to get ahead of the curve, and begin to get product in all finishes on the shelf. The red batch we sent out last week is back already. Blue cans are up next and being bundled.

Spring Fest Orders

Finally we know many of you have Spring Fest orders in here. We have the bulk of those orders already out for finish, and the few we don’t, we will be getting them out within the day or two.

Some of these orders we will be cutting it close in regards to getting your order to you before you leave for Spring Fest. If this happens don’t worry. We will reach out and make arrangements with you to have the product hand delivered to you at the event, or shipped to your hotel.

Team BT has been Friends of Spring Fest going back to 2007, our first one, and will always remain so. We have brought products directly to our customers plenty of times, and installed them at their shops, shows, hotel parking lots, or even the morning of the show. Nick Billet and John will be out in force to do just that if it becomes necessary.

The team is well aware, and closely monitoring these orders, and as we get closer if need be, we will reach out and talk to you one on one, and get it done for you. Please watch your email and phone for calls as we get closer.
