Manufacturing Update March 5, 2021

The Revolving Door of Colors

The Revolving Door of Red and Black

Today we will keep easy. Have a look at the tables below the article to see what has come back in from finishes, as well as what has gone out.

As promised on last Friday’s update, we got a bunch of standard black, and red catch cans. Yes door lock kits sold out this week, just as we got last Friday’s batches of red and black back in here today. We will be sending more black and standard red middle of next week (mostly catch cans) to get everyone out the door.

Octane Red and B5 Blue

We have two tables below of Octane Red and B5 Blue on today’s update. As our partner finishes up the two batches of older business, that is out right now, we sent out batches with parts that we did not have stock of previously, so we can finish up those orders.

The only thing some of you with outstanding factory color matched orders may still be waiting for are coolant tank covers. The good news is chips are flying on that big monolith right now, and we will be getting them out for color by the end of this month.

Jazz Blue, Destroyer Grey and Sublime

We currently have Jazz Blue, Destroyer Grey and Sublime out at iridite right now in preparation for color match painting.

If you have open orders in those finishes from the holidays, and early January (yes some orders even a bit further back), we will be getting those out for color late next week.

You will see your orders appear as “out” in the coming week to ten days. Any questions please do give us a call for one on one help.

Factory Color Options are Back!

Speaking of factory color matched options, we have returned several factory color options back to the website. We started taking new orders on March 1st.

You can expect a lead-time of 4-6 weeks on all new business moving forward. If anything changes we will keep you up to date via these manufacturing updates.

Stock Status Updates

We have some stock statuses to cover. The availability information for all of the products on the website is up to date. You can find that information next to the unit price on each products’ page. When in doubt, please give us a call.

Coolant Tank Covers

First the good news coolant tank covers are manufacturing now. If you have been waiting to order until the product was running, now is the time.

We have 218 in production now. 190 are spoken for already.

If you want one for this show season, now is the time.

Fuse Box Covers

As we mentioned on the social webs earlier this week, you guys are just slaying it on ever single style of fuse box covers.

We made several hundred covers in January. Those are all gone, snapped up quick. This includes some holiday business, and new orders.

We are manufacturing all styles again. We should see satin machine finish covers ship within that 10-15 day lead-time, and colors on lead-time as well(4-6 weeks).

Don’t forget you can also see the lead-time for every product right in the main body of the product description. Just scroll down, and find that info, as well as other helpful tabs on how to care for your products and warranty information.

Yes we realize sometimes our product info is “wordy” however, we want to be completely transparent with you. So we give you all the information you need to make an informed decision as a consumer.

Under Hood Kits

Along with fuse box covers we are selling under hood caps like candy here.

We have limited stock on washer caps, oil caps and power steering caps.

We should not see any delays on color parts. The exception are those folks ordering blank satin machine finished parts.

All satin machine finished under hood caps requiring engraving will ship within 15 days.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipped, or in shipping, for all orders through March 2nd.

We are staying on point, as far as shipping, within 3-7 business days from ordering on machine satin catch cans.

If you need us to ship your item sooner, please let us know in the order comments section when checking out online. If you are ordering over the phone, let the friendly BT rep know. We will batch that order up, get a job ticket into assembly, and out to you the next business day.

Get Ready for More Winning

Folks that’s going to do it for today, and for the first week of March 2021. As we mentioned last week March Modness will return this month with the grand prize winner taking home an all expenses paid trip to Lonestar Mopar Fest in October (it will be here before you know it).
