Manufacturing Update March 7, 2018

Good morning everyone and welcome to the latest Manufacturing Update coming to you from the BT HQ in Lake Worth, Florida.  

First and always we must start each update as we do and say thank you!  It’s been a tremendous first quarter so far here at the facility and it is because of you that this is possible.  We post our updates here weekly, and at times more, to keep you informed on when you order is leaving for processing, any bottlenecks that may be occurring, ETA on when out of stock items will begin production again, as well as our wide effort to keep in touch with you the people.  

Contacting Team BT

Due to the size of our company (only 10 of us here) we find this is the very best way to communicate what’s happening here at the shop.  Sometimes you may not like what you see or something may not be clear.  We are here to take your calls and answer your emails as well.

Phones

Please remember our phones are live M-F 6:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. EST.  If you do get our voicemail please leave that message we are not ignoring you.   Chances are we are on the other line or in the shop and cannot hear the phone.  We will call you back so leave that call back number help us, help you in that way.  

Emails

We respond to emails within 24-48 hours also and if you did not get the auto-reply please call us.  If we don’t reply to that email and you got the auto-reply please call us as instructed.We are here for you to get you the latest information, help expedite something if its possible for us to do so (at no cost to you) and yes, if necessary let you vent.

No Shortcuts at BT

Team BT understands you want your items, and as we have noted in the links at the bottom of our site, and on your invoice copy, as well as the “Thank You” self checkout page, if you cannot wait or do not want to wait we are not going to be the company for you.

If you want the best product, with ZERO shortcuts taken and you are going to have your investment for a while then come on inside and welcome to the family.  Either way even if you are just browsing or doing some homework prior to making a purchase welcome.  

Out of Stock Products

Couple things we need to let you know we are out of stock on:

• Hub centric Wheel Spacers are sold out. We have had a major run on these in the past several weeks. Unfortunately we cannot get them on for another run until sometime in early April.  If you are needing these immediately please do not order from us at this time.  If you can wait expect these to start to ship mid April again.
• Radiator Cap Covers and Supercharger Coolant Caps we are sold out of the Classic BT Style Cap (sigma series we have inventory)  Material is on order and will run more next week.  Satin will ship approximately 15 biz days, and colors later into this month.
• Fender Brackets for catch cans we sold the last fender bracket setup yesterday.  Material will be here Friday and will start running them again the week of March 12th.  

Hellcat / Demon Water Necks and 392 PCV Covers

We are coming back into stock on Hellcat / Demon thermostat housings aka water necks and 392 PCV Covers and caps.  Shipments in satin on the PCV Cover and cap are starting now Hellcat water necks satin shipments will begin next week again.  Colors and polish will start going out for outside services starting next week as well and your orders will start to appear on the MFG Updates here in the coming week as we send them out for plate, powder coat or polish.  

Hellcat Catch Can Mounts

Hellcat Catch Can Mounts are manufactured and cans in satin in assembly.  Many went for black and matte red yesterday and you will see your order on the tables below.  Satins will be shipping in order of receipt. 

Catch Cans

All of our catch can models are continually in production.  Need an expedited delivery call or email us so we can move you up in the build que.  

Coolant Tank Covers

Coolant tank covers in satin are shipping and colors are starting to go out for finish now.  Friends your support on this product is insane!  We are going to have to make another run of these as we just sold our last piece again on Friday, March 2nd.  Will get another run in again later in the month. Thank you!

Finish Updates

Finally for those following along as you see we do have many products back today from finish.  The following finishes are still out and as soon as they come back in will get started on completing any processes such as assembly on engravings as quickly as possible.

• Red from February 22, 2018 is still at plate
• Matte Black from February 16, 20118 is still at plate.

We do not rush our suppliers they are the best in the biz and we wait for quality work and always will.

Orders Back From Finish

Finally below are the orders back from plate, powder coat and polish.   Folks please allow us 7-15 days to complete any final assembly required, engraving and quality inspections prior to shipping your parts.  If you see your order has come back and you have an event or show taking place and need them asap please do call us so we can get  you worked on immediately.  

Deposits and Payments

Remember too, we may have charged a 30% deposit when you placed your order with us to begin work.  The final charge is taken when we ship.  All the information on how you paid is located at the footer of our website and on your invoice copy you receive in your email, as well as on the self checkout Thank You Page.  Please be sure to read the information we provide to you so you have an understanding on what’s up and why.  When in doubt give us a call.  

Rewind: Old School Items

Just a bit of a heads up all you long time BT clients (12 years plus) know it was our Team that originated the billet line up of parts for the Modern Mopar Market way back in 2006.  We were LX Forum Members going back to 2004 when the platform launched.  We manufactured MANY interior pieces over the years but as demand wanes we retire things to the vault after the last items are sold.

We have received NUMEROUS requests to build interior items again aka a/c knobs, cruise control, headlight, all the oldies and goodies.  We will be revisiting these again in March and start a limited run on items to return along with interior items for the 11 and up crowd.

We hear you loud and clear about the quality you are seeing and the cost for the offerings in 6061 that are currently out there.  Will bring them back; better and cheaper than what is currently offered out there now.  Please stay tuned as we get closer to relaunching.
