Manufacturing Update May 15, 2017

Good afternoon everyone and welcome the latest and greatest happening here at the BT facility.  As is always the case, we appreciate you and thank you for the support.  

Blue and Titanium Orders

Everyone with orders that were done in titanium, and blue we are wrapping your stuff up now on the orders that have been out at plate since early April and some as late as late March. We sincerely appreciate you and your support. You won’t be disappointed we absolutely assure you. The titanium and blue both came out amazing this go around.  

Inventory

We do have some product that is getting low as far as stock goes so please take a look below.  Otherwise we are in good shape inventory wise with plenty of blanks on the shelf waiting for you to pick your finish and or choose your engravings, be it one of our standards or a custom. It’s always your ride your vision here at Team BT.  

Water Necks

Water Necks are getting very low again.  We will be running them again the end of May when we start production of yes the Hellcat water necks.  We will be showing you the Hellcat version of the water neck later this week. Say goodbye to the awful looking factory piece where they were too lazy to create a cast the right way and did the cast off a welded piece.  Very sloppy. We have corrected that and made drastic improvements over the factory mess that’s currently on your Hellcat.  

Oil Dipsticks

Oil Dipsticks all styles including Hellcat are very very low. We will be making more this morning probably starting next week.  We do have some back orders on some Hellcat sticks just waiting for the factory stick to come in so we can attach our unit to it and have them on the way to you. We should not see much interruption on these item and stay on lead-time or close.

ABS Covers

ABS Covers are out of stock still (we posted that on the last update).  Will make more of these again before May closes as well. There will be a slight delay here on new orders moving forward.  Please call if you have any questions.  

Catch Cans

Catch cans always in production and shipping in order of receipt.  

Valve Covers

Valve Covers we do have sets left off this run give us a call or send an email if you are interested. We do not have many sets left and this will be the last run until the fall or later.  

Wednesday, May 17th Schedule

Finally a bit of a scheduling note.  The facility will be closed or very limited staff on Wednesday, May 17th from 10 A.M. EST for the remainder of the day.  We have a private event we are attending as a group so please leave a detailed voicemail if you call in and will give you a ring back on Thursday morning when we return.  We will be in the shop from 5:00 A.M. EST until we leave at 10 in the morning.  Thank you everyone for your support.  Emails will be answered also the following day.  

In Closing

With that please take a look at what has come back in and what has gone out.  Remember we already have a lot of hood props already at colors right now, and more have gone out in the last week. If you don’t see your order do not be alarmed chances are good you’re already up at plate.  We will be filling all back orders first before we return the product to the website.  Thank you to everyone who has stayed with us on these.  Satin machine finishes are shipping or have shipped.
