Manufacturing Update May 15, 2020

Good afternoon family, and welcome to Friday. Thank you for checking in, and our team hopes everyone is remaining well, and safe.

Huge Thanks to You All

We have to once again start this update, as we do each one, with a major thank you to each, and everyone of you for your trust, and support. We are humbled, and remain grateful to be a part of your ownership experiences, and a part of your lives. The generosity, we have mentioned many times, that you all show us is absolutely beyond the pretty BT bling in the box. A sincere, and heart felt thank you.

The Big Batch of Red is Back

Today’s update will be brief just to let you know what has come back, and gone out for finishes. We do have the big batch of red that was sent out on May 6th back in the shop. We are sorting through those pieces now, and will start assembly on cans, final processes, and parts that need engraving on Monday. We will begin shipping parts from that batch next week.

Polish, Racing Red Metallic, & Yellow Went Out

We also sent some polish out, racing red metallic and yellow. Take a look at the tables below to see if your order has gone out to finish. If you have any questions at all, or need clarification on anything, just call (561.582.6171) or email us, we are here to help you.

Upcoming Color Batches

Next rounds that are being bundled up are standard black anodize, and clear anodize. We should have those orders going out for plating on Monday.

Stock Statuses

Stock status remains unchanged from the May 12th update. Coolant tanks in satin are back on the shelf and shipping.

Valve Covers

We have a quick job to put in on the end Mazak where we just finished wrapping up the stock run on the coolant tanks. After that job we will get ready to start the final run of BT Valve Covers, before we retire them back to the vault.

Now is the time if you want to get a set. We have five spots left that can be filled and once gone thats it. Our product is not cheap, and yes you have choices. We will not lower our price, or compromise our standards.

The bottom line, it’s not too proud, or arrogant, it’s just a fact. We make the best modern Hemi Valve Cover setup, and have since we brought our product to the public in late 2007. Once we are completed on this run you will have something truly special and when you unpack them you will understand.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans we are shipping daily, in order of receipt. Count on us shipping your can anywhere between 3-5 business days from the day you place your order. If you need it sooner let us know in the order comments, or call us and we will get it out.

We had a big order of private label non Hemi/Mopar cans that were in assembly the past 10 days, and we should be on the lower end of that 3-5 business day turn around middle of next week.

Trackhawk Coolant Cap Covers

We did run out of Trackhawk Coolant cap covers yesterday. We will order material later next week, and run off another batch later this month or the first week of June.

Info for New Customers

We do have a lot of new folks that placed order with us over the past several days so welcome. We will just reiterate some important information For you that we have discussed in prior updates.

You can also find this information on our website, and on your invoice copy. When you place your order and receive an order confirmation from us, we email you an invoice, if you didn’t see it come through, please check your spam folder.

Please take a few minutes for a look below, as we conduct business differently than others due to our lead times, and custom options. When in doubt just reach out.

PayPal is Instant

A friendly reminder that if you are paying via PayPal the payment is instant.

This is not our policy it’s automatic through PayPal.

We cannot control this.

If you are uncomfortable with us holding your funds until we are ready to ship your order, please reach out to us.

We will drop the coins back in to your account, and bill you when we are ready to ship.

Pursuant to our Payment Terms we will hold your order for 5 days. If we do not receive payment within 5 days we release the products back into inventory to fill the next order(s) in line.

Credit Card Payments

Also please be aware, if you paid via credit card your order may be subject to a 30% deposit to begin work. That deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel prior to us shipping your order.

If you have a custom order, and we have started work only the product part is refundable the customized portion IS NOT.

When deposits are charged our team sends a reminder notice via email with links on what to expect during the process leading up to us shipping your order.

We have suspended visitor pickup and visitor tours until June 1st. We will re-evaluate our decision to allow local pickup, and visits again the first week of June.
