Manufacturing Update May 17, 2019

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the weekend.

We have not received anything back from plating, or powder coating today, but we did send quite a bit of stuff out for finishes. Today’s update will be supplemental in nature to let everyone know what has gone out for finish. Our supplier partners have been doing an amazing job for us.

Catch Cans

Friends we have plenty of stock on satin catch cans. Need a can shipped immediately? Just let us know in the order comments when checking out, or when placing that order with Alex, Nick or Heidi over the phone, and we will get it handled for you.

All satin cans are shipping within 10 days, or sooner. We have a bunch more coming out of assembly now, and we should have everyone who ordered a satin can through May 13 covered. All color cans are moving in and out smoothly now too.

The New Machine is Here!

As we have mentioned in all our updates this year, we got way behind because of the new piece of equipment we bought ended up being a lemon. If you don’t want to go back and read any of that you can get a quick refresher on it from our instagram post yesterday. The replacement machine was delivered to us and installed today.

We will be making chips on that machine later next week. This situation happened at a horrible time, right after the holidays, and the big rush for product… then the machine went boom. We understand folks do not want to wait it’s why we bring you our updates here, and are transparent in our operations, and communications with you.

Money can be made at any time, trust is delicate and when broken its hard to earn back if at all. Thank you everyone for your support it truly means a lot to us.
