Manufacturing Update May 2nd, 2018

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the first Manufacturing Update for May 2018. Already we are quickly approaching the halfway point to 2018. We always want to start by saying thank you for the support and the trust. You have made the first four months of 2018 record breaking months for us and it is because of you!

Today we are here to give you a supplemental update of what’s back, whats in assembly and whats in engraving. We did receive our polish back so you will see that on the table below. Just scroll down and locate your order. If you still have questions call us or email us will help you get it sorted out.

Colors Out for Finish

The following finishes are still out:

• Pink from April 19th
• Green from April 13th
• Red from April 13th
• Copper/Bronze from April 13th
• Matte Black from April 19th
• Standard Black from April 13th

Team BT: When Only the Best Will Do, Sometimes You Have to Wait

We are expecting several of those color batches back any day and will update you when we do. Our anodizer is slammed and when you do good work that’s the reason why! We only partner with the very best people in the industry and we will wait for quality work.

We do not rush our supplier partners and thats why we tell you can’t wait, don’t want to wait we will not be the company for you. Want the best product in the industry for your pride and joy welcome to the family we are glad you are here.

Low or Out of Stock Items

We do have some products getting ready to go on for manufacturing that are low or out of stock based on prior updates. Material is here and we just need to finish up some other jobs and will be moving these product on for machining. Will have stock in machine satin blanks on all these by the middle and into the third week of May on these items:

• Coil Pack Covers
• Beverage Deletes
• EGR Block Offs
• Manifold Baffle Covers
• ABS Covers

BT Interior Parts

We are working on interior items again too so please stay tuned for a group buy on many of your old favorites coming back. These will not be poorly made flimsy junk but the parts you knew and loved back when we brought them to you going back a decade plus now.

The Original BT Catch Can

Catch cans yes, the biggest seller here at our facility. As we have stated prior we manufacture over 1,000 units per month. These are all sold or will sell before we start a new run each month. In other words this product never stops production here at our facility and we are at capacity.

Brackets, Hardware and Private Label Cans

As can happen we may have cans but we may run out of brackets, hardware may get low, and/or we may be waiting for nickel plating or black powder coated fittings to come back to us. We also have a very robust private label business for our product. There is a reason why so many companies copied the two chambered top because it works.

The knock-offs may change appearances, or in many cases actually rip it off exactly down to the actual looks. There is only one true BT Catch Can and that’s right here we were the first true plug and play unit for the Modern Mopar Market back in early 2007 when a group of enthusiasts approached us about doing a product for them.

With that said please take a look at the table below for all satin catch cans in assembly. This does not include any colors that are back and shipping or are out at plate/powder coat that need to come back here. This is every unit that is either in final inspection or in assembly getting ready to go to final then packaging.

Obviously the higher up on the table you can expect us to ship to you within the next week. Everyone with an order placed through April 20th your can will ship by next week. We will have all orders from April 21st to current within a 15 day window.

Lead Time: Return From Color → Shipping

Also please remember if you see your order has come back in from any outside services (colors) please allow us up to two weeks to assemble your items, do any final engravings, inspect them and pack them. If you order is back and you are close in to an event or show call us so we can get you moved up and expedited.

Team BT: a Small Shop, Making a Big Impact

If you need your catch can sooner, please call us and let us know so we can move you up th queue. There is no extra cost to do this for you. Remember folks we are not this big huge company, with lots of employees. There are nine of us here, wearing many hats, and you would be surprised just how well its run.

Visitors to our facility become believers that’s why we say when we type these updates if you are in the area stop on in and see it all happening. Seeing is believing as they say and its nothing is ever at a stand still here.

Our MFG Updates are the best way for us to communicate with people on the overall happenings here at the facility as well as any potential new clients who are doing some homework prior to placing an order. Of course youc an call or email us too. There are many similar and out right knock offs of Team BT’s products but no one will match our quality and back up the product the way we do.
