Manufacturing Update May 21st, 2018

Good afternoon folks and welcome. Today’s update serves mostly as a supplemental update letting you know what we sent out to anodize on May 18th, stock status, catch can info as well as Memorial Day information.

Store Stock Statues

As of today all products are 100% updated on the site with stock status as well. Please, if you ever have any questions concerning availability of any of our items do not hesitate to reach out to us via phone or email for assistance. We are in good shape product wise on our most popular items.

Out of Stock Items

The following products we currently do not have any stock.

• Power Steering Reservoir Covers:
  For 05-10 Charger, Magnum, 300 and 2008-2010 Challenger are sold out. Material is here and will begin another manufacturing run on these later next week or the first week of June
• Coil Pack Covers:
  These are partially machined and will be starting to ship in early to mid June.
• Hellcat Oil Dip Sticks:
  “T” style are sold out. Manufacturing late the first week of June delivery to start late second week of June.
• ABS Covers:
  We are sold out. Next MFG Run early June 2018
• Manifold Baffle Covers:
  We are sold out, however material is here and will start running them on May 29th again right after the long holiday weekend.
• Coolant Tank Covers & Valve Covers:
  Both will run simultaneously together in early June with delivery to start late June 2018 on both.

Finishes Still Out

The following colors and finishes are still out at outside processes as of today’s update. We do expect to see the matte black from 04/13 come in this week.

• Yellow from May 10, 2018
• Matte Black from April 13, 2018
• Standard Black from May 7, 2018
• Matte Black from May 14, 2018
• Polish from May 10, 2018
• Blue and matte blue from May 10, 2018

Catch Cans

Catch cans never stop production here at the facility. Below please find all satin catch can order dates with time frame to ship. Please remember we ship in order of receipt and this also includes our bulk order and private label customers.

Shipping ETAs

• Orders from April 22 through April 30th will be shipping within 7-10 business days or sooner.
• Orders from May 1, 2018 through May 15th will be shipping the the first two weeks of June or sooner. Orders post May 15th to current with 15 business days or sooner after order is placed.

Expedited Satin Catch Cans

Please remember if you ordered a satin catch can and need us to ship it sooner, please let us know in the order comments if you place your order online that you do, or give us a call if you have a current order in and need us to get it out to you asap. We will accommodate your request.

Fittings & Bracket Delays

Some of the hold up is waiting for fittings from powder coat or nickel plate, and in the case of the 13 and up Durango’s and Jeeps we are just had a bottleneck on brackets and we did get a run in late week to get out of that jam. We are shipping now (Jeep/Durango) also those cans are the oldest ones in satin.

Voicemails, Shop Visits, Hours

Folks please remember if you do get our voicemail to leave that call back number. Usually if we do not pickup we are on the other line with a customer and the office is staffed with only one person manning the phone. We do not interrupt a current call in progress.  With that in mind leave those digits for us to call you back.

Remember there are only 9 of us here, many of us wearing multiple hats, and since we do make our own products, we do rotate in and out of the shop, where its difficult to hear the phone ring. Leave that call back so we can help you out.

Our phones are live Monday through Friday starting at 6:00 A.M. EST (many times as early as 5) until 3:30 P.M. EST.

We welcome visitors from 6:00 A.M. EST until 4:30 P.M. EST Monday – Thursday and on Friday 6:00 A.M., until 3:30 P.M.

Memorial Day Holiday Information

Friends, we are coming up on the long Memorial Day Holiday weekend this coming weekend. Our shop will be open for normal operations Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday we are working from 4:30 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. EST. We are closing at 1:00 and will be closed until Tuesday, May 29th when we return for normal business hours. Our staff has an event we are attending Friday, May 25th.
