Manufacturing Update May 23, 2019

Good afternoon everyone and welcome. We appreciate all of you who check in and follow along with our updates, thank you for the support and trust. New family members to Team BT, welcome.

For those of you checking in to see what’s up, and doing some research to see if you want to become part of the family we’re glad you stopped by. As is always the case if anyone has any questions at all just reach out to us (email or phone: 561.582.6171).

We have a whole bunch of stuff that came back in today and two big batches went out for color, but before we get into that let’s touch base on some products we are running low on or manufacturing right now. We will update the individual products and the availability of those products on the website (some we have already updated) by close of business tomorrow too (5/24).

Product Stock Status

Throttle Body Covers:
2005-2012 TB Covers are wrapping up manufacturing now and satin is shipping. Colors and polished parts will start to ship mid June or sooner.

Hood Prop Covers:
We have a few left and will not run them again until the end of June due to other scheduling commitments Trunk props will run with that batch. Stay tuned.

Oil Dipsticks:
Dipsticks are partially machined (classic BT “T” style) and we will wrap those up late next week, with satin machined finished items rolling out a little later next week to you guys and gals.

Hellcat Supercharger Reservoir Covers:
These are machined, and satins are shipping. We had some red and black go out with today’s batches. The rest of the colors will start to go to plate and ship by mid June until all orders are filled. We are covered here now, and have plenty of stock heading into the heart of show season.

Trackhawk Coolant Caps:
TH coolant caps are running now. We will start shipping satin covers in about 7-10 days, look for colors to start shipping in June.

Oil Caps:
We are sold out of oil caps. Material will be here May 28th, and we will have them on the machine that day. We should see very little, if any, interruptions in shipping.

Water Necks:
Material for Water Necks (Hellcats, Demons, 5.7, 6.1, and 392’s) is ordered. We will start machining those again sometime in the second full week of June.

Fuse Box Covers:
FB Covers for 2010 and up 300, Charger, and Challenger are manufactured. Satin is shipping, and we sent some red and black out with today’s plating batches. So please check the tables for your order number(s). If you don’t see your order, don’t panic. These covers are just coming off the machine now, and we will be sending more batches next week, in all finishes.

EGR Deletes:
EGR Deletes are back in stock.

Wheel Spacers:
All back orders will ship next week. The team just setup to knock out the next round of wheel spacers.

Valve Covers:
Material will be here the middle of next week, and we will be machining those by the end of next week. Orders in satin will ship by mid June colors will start to go to plating and powder coat in June. Shipments should start in colors and polish by the end of June.

If you are thinking of ordering a set, and have waiting until we started to run them, now is the time! We have a limited number of sets to sell off of this run and they will be gone quickly. We are building 35 sets, we have 6 left that can be sold.

These are very much worth the wait, anyone who has a set will confirm that to you guys and gals. The timing is perfect for all our customers who are getting their coil pack covers now (a whole bunch shipped this week).

Coil Pack Covers:
Speaking of coil pack covers, we have a couple sets left off this manufacturing run. These can be done in any finish, so if you want a set give us a call or you can place your order online.

2005-2007 Fuse Box Cover Group Buy:
We will be receiving material for those middle of next week, and we will start running them by late next week or early the following week.

Satin will ship first in mid June, colors and polish will start to go out for finish by mid June as well.

We will keep the group buy link up on the site over the weekend, and take it down on May 28th. We have 55 orders and will have 15 extras as long as we don’t scrap anything along the way (rare day we do). This is why we are keeping the link up a few more days.

Coolant Tank Covers:
The material will be here the week of June 3rd, and we will get the next round knocked out in June. Just like the valve covers, these are so worth the wait. Once you get them in your hands, you understand the hype, and the wait.

We have a few custom orders off the last round that we are wrapping up, and we will be shipping those next week.

Color Batches In, and Color Batches Out

As mentioned at the top of the article, we got a bunch of batches back from color this morning. The colors which have returned are: Lime Green Metallic, White Powder Coat, Titanium (Standard & Matte), Destroyer Grey, and Matte Black (from April 23rd).

If you have an open order, with parts in these colors, please check the tables below to see if you order was part of these batches. If not, don’t worry. We have a lot of batches being prepared, and one batch of Matte Black which went to plate on May 17th. As always, if you have a question, please call (561.582.6171) or email us.

We also had two large batches go out for anodize, Standard Red, and Standard Black. If you ordered any parts in red or black, please check the tables below the article to see if your order number is there. Our supplier partners have been cranking out the plating, so keep checking back in to know when your order has returned. Thank you.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Folks please remember if you see your order has come back in from finish please allow us 7-15 days to complete any final assembly or any other processes such as engraving prior to shipping to you. If you have an event upcoming and you think this may pose a problem just reach out to us will work to get that done and wrapped up so we can ship to you to make your event.
