Manufacturing Update May 23, 2022

Good afternoon everyone. Thank you for your support and trust. Today will keep it brief with a quick stock status update, as well as which batches have gone out and come back in.

Factory Color Match Update

First, we are happy to report the factory color match painting is moving much faster now. For many of you with the older orders, it may not seem that way, but rest assured it is. Our friends at CCF, out on the West Coast, are really in gear now.

We have a bunch more TorRed coming back in here Wednesday (catch cans, coolant tank covers) that were part of a bigger batch from several weeks back that UPS fubar’d while en rout to our shop. Those orders will be back here Wednesday, or no later than Thursday.  We actually discussed the can’s and coolant tanks on the torred several updates back.  

Many of our local customers have parts in that batch, and we will be calling you to come pickup your parts before the end of the week.

B5 Blue, Redline Red, and Octane red will all be completed before the end of the week and shipping back to us. Smoke show will be shipping back next week from paint.

When we launch our next update on Friday (May 27th) Indigo Blue and Frostbite batches will have been sent out.

Colors In

The batches of Clear, Standard Red and Matte Black anodize have come back in from plating. The Yellow has returned from powder coat along with the parts sent out for Polish. Jazz Blue and Sublime have also come back in. The team has been sorting these batches and getting them ready for packing/shipping and engraving. Keep an eye on your inboxes for shipping information.

Colors Out

Since the last update we have sent out batches for the following finishes: Titanium (including matte), White Powder Coat, Racing Red Metallic, Purple and Matte Purple Anodize. Catch Cans

Catch cans from May 13th to yesterdays business (May 22nd) are clearing assembly and heading into Andrea to start packing up. You will see your tracking details hitting your inboxes within the day.

We have quite a few orders which were delayed waiting on a hardware delivery. We received a shipment on Friday to get everyone caught up.

Catch cans in satin finish are shipping within 3-7 business days.

Super Charger Coolant Reservoir Covers (TRX Rams, Track Hawks, & HC Durangos)

These SC Coolant Reservoir Covers (for the TRX Rams, Track Hawks, and Hellcat Durangos) are back in stock!

We ran just under 20 units to fill the the three orders we had on back order. These should last us until sometime in the fall then we may discontinue this item as we don’t really move too many of them. We of course will keep you posted.

3mm Wheel Spacers

3mm Spacers are on the machine and will start shipping again later this week.

PCV Covers

These will start running next week right after Memorial Day. Satin machine finish back orders will begin shipping the first week of June.

Coil Pack Covers

Material is ordered and due in the week fo June 13th. We will start manufacturing as soon as the material arrives.

Uni-Strut Covers

We are pushing back the next MFG Run to the second week of June. We will start shipping satin back orders late the week of June 13th.
