Manufacturing Update May 29th, 2018

Good afternoon everyone. We hope you you all had a nice holiday weekend.

Weekend Warriors | Matte & Standard Black

Todays update is strictly a supplemental to let you know that the black and matte black from earlier this month has come back in. We are already into those parts and put together a bunch of those catch cans over the weekend. Team BT did have some folks in doing some assembly and getting some of the backlogged engravings completed. A bunch of parts will be shipping this week including satin cans, so please keep an eye on your inboxes.

Need Your Parts for an Event?

If you see your order has come back in and you have an event you are attending please email us your need by date so we can get you moved into the expedite queue. With the overwhelming amount of product flowing back in from outside processes, we do go in order of receipt however, we will move you up if needed at no additional cost to you.

Team BT will make every single effort to accommodate those requests. Because we make the product and do all the final processes here after the items come back from color and polish we can do this. Timing is everything however, so please keep in mind that the normal wait time after the items come back in can be 7-15 days to complete final processes, inspect and ship.

Reminders

A friendly reminder again for newcomers who may not be reading the information on their invoice copies in the Help/FAQ Section you receive when you place your order, and for those who happen to just read their first MFG Update and we encounter this frequently when taking your phone calls for information:

• Your order is subject to a 30% refundable deposit to being work.
  We do not take that on satin catch can orders. The balance will be collected upon completion and shipping of your order.
• Please remember PayPal is an instant payment.
  If this is your first time doing business here and you are nervous about us holding on to your funds we are a quick email or phone call away to help you make other arrangements.

  We don’t wait days or weeks to process any refunds via PayPal or credit cards, we respond to you within our normal course of business (within a couple days or sooner). You get a refund NOT A STORE CREDIT.

  Have not heard from us after you got the autoresponder that your email was received? Call us. Get the voice mail? Leave that call back number. With 9 of us here, we wear many hats, and as such we most likely are on the phone with another customer or in the shop. Allow us the opportunity to help you by leaving that clear voice mail.

• All credit card charges will read either Vertex Precision Inc, or Vertex Precision The Billet Tech Brand when they are charged.
  We have had some folks tell us they are seeing on their statements that we are an RV or Car Rental company. We submitted a tech support ticket to our merchant provider to fix this. When in doubt do not hesitate to call, email or both.
