Manufacturing Update May 31, 2019

Good afternoon everyone, happy last day of May, and happy weekend. We are now at the halfway point of 2019, and it’s absolutely crazy how quickly this year is flying by. As always we appreciate all of you guys and gals checking in with the updates. If you are new, or doing some due diligence, welcome.

Valve Covers & Coolant Tank Covers

Just to swing back to the update from May 24th, we are starting to run valve covers and coolant tank covers. Both items will be in manufacturing for the next couple weeks. Satin machine finish on both products will start to ship by the third week of June, or sooner.

Colors could start to ship in late June, but they will definitely start to ship by early July. If you have an upcoming event, or build deadline, please contact us (email or phone: 561.582.6171)
so we can do what we can, to get your items in your hands quicker.

Stock Statuses | Manufacturing Runs

Power Seat Covers
We sold out of power seat covers yesterday. Will make another run in June.

Hood Shock Covers
These covers are sold out. We won’t get another round in to manufacturing until sometime in late June. With the new lathe coming in to replace the Haas we have more pressing needs that we must machine first. The good news is when we do jump on the hood shock covers will be doing the trunks this time as well. We will keep you guys and gals posted.

Water Necks
Water Necks for Hellcats / Demons and both 5.7, 6.1 and 392s material is ordered and will arrive late next week will get started the second week of June on the next MFG Run.

3mm Wheel Spacers
Wheel spacers are back in stock again we just ran off a new round and have plenty of inventory moving into the summer months here. All back orders started to ship yesterday. Many thanks to everyone for all the support there.

2005-2010 Fuse Box Cover Group Buy

We have removed the ’05-’10 fuse box cover from the site now. We should have a few extras from the material we had come in, and yes, we are running them right now in the shop. Any extras will put the link back up and keep you guys and gals posted here.

Satin machine finish on those will start to ship in about 7-10 days. Colors will go out mid June, and start to ship in June too. Thank you everyone we really had a very nice response on this. Please remember, unlike other companies, we have not charged any cards yet on the group buy, we will capture payment upon shipping. Paypal orders have already been paid, as everyone knows that is an instant transaction.

Catch Cans

Friends you all should be seeing your satin catch cans orders shipping in 7-10 days, or even sooner now. We tapped out of black fittings again on Tuesday, and another 800 sets are coming in Monday, NLT Tuesday, from powder coat. Those last us less than three weeks, so as soon as we get them back, we send the 800-1000 more sets to keep pace.

We do have some color cans that are just waiting for those black fittings, and will have those shipped out to you guys and gals next week. If you need a satin catch cans shipped immediately just reach out to us via phone (561.582.6171) or email, and we will get your product out the door the next business day (we always keep a few sets of black fittings behind for emergency callers).

Liquid Copper from March 29th

Finally before we post you guys and gals what’s come back from color, we have some information on the liquid copper from March 29th. We had some issues with that batch, and yes some of those orders are ANCIENT as in really bad, embarrassingly so. First thank you for all of you who stayed with us on that (mostly cans).

There was an issue with the polish that goes hand in hand with the anodize process on that batch, and we had to have that entire lot if liquid only redone. We should be seeing all those items back sometime next week along with the latest round of copper that is on today’s update.

It’s one thing that many of you have been waiting yes forever on that round, and the last thing we wanted to do was send you poor quality items on top of that long lead time.

Blue & Matte Blue are Back!

We have received the blue and matte blue back today. We will dive into all of those parts next week, and get them wrapped up, and shipped out to you guys and gals.
