Manufacturing Update March 29, 2019

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to the last Friday of March and the end of the 1st quarter of 2019.

We are Humbled, and Working Hard

Team BT is humbled, grateful and thankful for all of the support and trust you place in our team. We know you have choices, we know the wait can be a PIA, but rest assured family, you will get the best product in the marketplace PERIOD. From our own strong, talented team of 10, to the fine folks we work with who bring you the outstanding finishes, it will always be worth the wait.

We are working 20 hour days splitting the crew in to different shifts to get the work in needed to get caught up on the cans after losing valuable production time with the new machine we took delivery of that has given us so many fits (more down time then up time and ultimately lemoned see also the March 25th update).

Satin Catch Cans

Pretty much everything we covered on the two updates from earlier this week is on point.

On the March 25th update we posted a table of satin catch cans with an ETA to ship. Good news family all cans ordered through March 25th will be shipping next week. All satin cans will be within 3-5 day lead time to ship moving forward.

Remember if you need a satin machine finish catch can shipped asap just let us know in the order comments so we can get you moved up in the assembly queue. When placing your order by phone let Alex, Nick or Heidi know (which ever one of us answers the phone) and will handle it for you.

Remaining Color Cans on Order

All of you with remaining cans from January and February and into March in colors, we will be getting those out for finish in the next 7-15 days.  These batches will be expedited from our supplier partners. All finishes going out will include current business too. We made the necessary adjustments to compensate for the new machine that has hampered our production.

Color Backlogs Easing

Color backlogs should also start to ease also here in to early April. We have simply overwhelmed our supplier partners with product and thats because of all of you and the strong support you show us. March was a record month one again, you guys and gals never cease to amaze us!

Colors Still Out for Finish

The following finishes are still out for plating and should be wrapping shortly:

• Blue and Matte Blue from March 8th
• Standard Red from March 13th
• Titanium and Matte Titanium from March 19th
• Matte Red from March 19th
• Matte Black from March 25th
• Black from March 26th

Copper / Bronze Batches Have Gone Out

Today we sent a bunch of copper and bronze out for color/finish. The bulk of these orders are catch cans. Yes, there are some cans from The Peoples Sale in November, all the way up to orders placed today. Family we appreciate you guys and gals so much. Thank you for being so patient.

Lime Green Metallic, Burnt and Matte Orange are Back

Burnt orange, matte orange and lime green metallic are all back 100% at our facility today. You will find your orders in the tables below. We are already assembling the cans and have sorted the pieces that need engraving into the shop.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Please allow us 7-14 days to go through all of this to complete any final processes prior to shipping. If you need your items quicker call (561.582.6171) or email us and we will get you moved up in the queue.
