Manufacturing Update May 7th, 2018

Good afternoon folks and welcome to another MFG Update. As always thank you for your support and trust. Today will cover what has come back/gone out, plus a few odds and ends just to keep you current in the manufacturing loop.

Current Lead Times

Currently we are in good shape on most of our products inventory wise. Due to the overwhelming volume we are selling right now we are anywhere between 4-6 weeks to ship on colors. Some are going out a bit longer depending on how long the anodize process is taking (our plater is slammed folks there is a reason for that he is the best at his craft and in demand not just by us by other clients too).

Items that are in stock on the shelf in blank ready to be made to your specifications please allow two weeks to engrave and ship. Ordering with no engraving will have you out in a a couple of days.

Catch Cans

Lead time for catch cans from day the order is placed to the day it ships is currently two weeks. If you need it sooner please let us know and we can ship you in a couple of days. We produce over a thousand units a month and this is the one product that never stops production here at our facility. Between our private label business and you, our individual customers, this is and continues to be our best selling product and has been for nearly 12 years.

Often copied right down to the exact verbiage in description and appearance but more importantly ripped off from the two chambered top design there is a reason so many follow the leader here; because our product works. Big difference between us and the clones? We actually service what we sell, answer your emails and interact with you in the community at races and events. We are not off chasing celebrities and forgetting where we come from.

Out of Stock Items

The following items we do not have stock on at the present time. Everything else on the site we are good and have inventory in blanks. Will get each product individually updated here by tomorrow morning (May 8th).

• EGR Block Off kit:
  Next run will be late the week of May 21st
• Hell Cat Oil Dipsticks “T” Style
  We are out of stock. We will make another run of those late the week of May 21st or early the week of May 28th. We do have stock on Sigma Series style sticks (our most popular).
• Manifold Baffle Covers
  Out of stock. Next run will be the week of May 28th
• ABS Covers
  We sold the last one last week. We have ordered material and should have inventory back on the shelf towards the end of the month. We do have everyone with an order covered as of May 3rd.
• Park Lock Outs
  These are sold out again. We will not be doing another run until our dealer partner in the UAE places another inventory order in June.
  – The product has pretty much run its course and we need to utilize our time wisely on more pressing concerns. Thank you for all the support on that part through the years. We have sold over 35K Park Lock Outs since we introduced that part as the first real and true fix other than the cotter pin fix way back in 2007.

Coil Pack Covers

We are currently running coil pack covers, and preparing to put coolant tank covers on right afterward. Place your orders now as we are real deep into selling out even the current run we are doing on both pieces.

Green is Back!

Those of you with green on order both standard semi gloss and matte green those piece are back and we already have most of the catch can’s from that run in shipping. Chance are by the time you read this your tracking number will be in your order or will be in your order and marked shipped within the next day.

Colors Out For Anodize

The following colors are still out waiting to come back in from anodize:

• Red from April 13th
• Copper/Bronze from April 13th (will be dipped this week including matte finishes)
• Pink Powder Coating from April 19th. Will be back this week.
• Matte black and standard black from April 19th.

Both the black and red orders from April 13th and 19th respectively should be here by the end of the week.

Lead Time After Finish

Folks please remember once you see your order come back in from outside finishes allow us 7-15 days to perform any final processes such as engraving or assembly and to go through final inspection prior to shipping.

Payments, Refunds, Cancelations

Remember when paying for your order you may be subject to a 30% refundable deposit to begin work. Need to cancel or want to cancel if we have not shipped yet? Call or email us will refund that immediately. Same with Paypal, your payment is instant.

Not comfortable with that? Call or email us will send you your cash back until we are ready to ship then send you a money request. All that information and more can be found in the links at the footer of our website and also in the Help/FAQ Section located at the top of your emailed order confirmation (Invoice) copy. If you self checkout online those links are also on the Thank You Page you see after your have successfully placed your order.
