Manufacturing Update May 7, 2021

Good afternoon all. Welcome to the weekend and it’s Friday which means we have a new update for you today. As always, we appreciate all the support and trust you place in our team.

The Flood of Color Batches

We got a lot of batches back from color this week. Matte Red, Matte Black, Burnt Orange, Plum Purple, Lazer Bronze, Red and Black Coolant Tank Batches are back in house, so make sure you check the tables below to see if your item(s) have come back from their respective finishes.

Many of you with matte black catch cans are already on the way, or in shipping now. You should have the tracking details in your email inboxes.

Folks with other colors, or multiple items please allow the team up to two weeks to complete any final processes such as engravings, etc prior to shipping.

Sublime and Jazz Blue Update

Sublime and Jazz Blue are painted. We will have them on next Friday’s update, and those items should be here NLT Tuesday. The parts are ready for clear coat. They will need a few days to cure before we pick them up.

Blue and Purple Batches Went Out

As promised last week, blue and purple anodize (including matte finishes) are out. Those batches actually went to finish a few days ago.

Colors on Deck

Next round of colors going out next week will be more Standard Black, Red and Clear anodize. We also have started to bundle up the orders for the next round of Racing Red Metallic.

Stock Statuses

We will have all stock statues up to date in the “availability” section of each part early next week. In the meantime please see the below items that are currently low or no stock and ETA to manufacture.

PCV Caps

No stock, manufacturing 3rd week of May.

Brake Fluid Caps 2.5″

No stock. Manufacturing end of May.

Fuse Boxes all Styles

We have limited stock. Material is here and we will starting running more next week.

This is a product that is becoming popular like the catch cans, one that will need to stay in continual rotation for both manufacturing and engraving. This is why we are preparing to buy another CNC Mill in June.

Sigma Series Radiator and Super Charger Coolant Caps

No Stock. Manufacturing late 3rd week of May

Coil Pack Covers

No stock. Next MFG Run early June

Hood Shock Covers

Material is here, we are waiting for a lathe to open up so we can get some run off to get your back orders filled.

We should have enough made to get us out of a jam by the third week of May.

We have material here for 1200 sets. We will run off 350 sets to get caught up, and get a few on the shelf. Then in early June we will run the balance off so we have stock for the summer.

Power Steering Reservoir Covers

Power Steering Reservoir Cover for the 2005-2010 Chargers, Magnums and Challengers (08-10) we have sold out.

We only have a few open orders for theses currently. We are sending the power steering caps off to you, and notating on your orders that piece will ship sometime in June. We will do our best to pull it in, and get a firm manufacturing date in the the coming weeks.

Coolant Tank Covers

Man oh man, you guys gobbled them right up as soon as you saw us running them again. We manufactured 315 of them. All of them have been sold to fill back business, and fill current business through May 1st.

We ordered more material, and will pop these back on again before the end of the month. New satin machine finish orders will see a slight delay, and colors should remain on lead-time.

We are back on track shipping within that 7 business day lead-time from date of order.

We are running into some supply chain issues on perforated sheet stock, that we machine the screens from, and braided hose. We have been resupplied this week, and quickly got all cans through April 30th into the assembly queue to build, then release to packaging.

A “pending to ship” status means you are in assembly, and in the build queue. Within 7 days your product will ship. “Ready to ship status” means your order will be shipping out from our facility, to you, within the next business day.
