Manufacturing Update November 8, 2021

Good afternoon BT family and friends. Welcome to our second update of November 2021. As always, our team thanks you for your support and the trust you place in us.

We’re gonna keep it short and sweet for you guys and gals. We’ll cover what has come back in and gone out for finishes, as well as an ETA on the factory color match batches that are still out. A quick inventory status update on several products, as well as a few other tidbits to help you all along.

Colors Out

We sent out the following batches of colors:

• White Powder Coat
• Standard Red Anodize
• Polish (this batch is already finished and back).

Colors In

Since we last visited with you guys a week ago we have received back the following finishes:

• TorRed from October 6th and November 1st is back.
• Plum Crazy from August 24th is back.
• Titanium both matte and semi gloss from October 22nd is back in also.
• Polish(out/in)

Color Batches Still Out

The following factory color match batches are still out. We expect to see them back in here by the end of this week, or early next week at the latest:

• Destroyer Grey
• F8 Green
• Redline Red
• Octane Red

We also are waiting on our batch of racing red metallic at powder coating that we hope will be completed later this week. Those orders were on last week’s update.

Color Batches On Deck

The following colors are on deck to go out to finishes this week:

• Black and Matte Black
• B5 Blue
• Smoke Show

Color batches in and out ETAs are subject to change time frames based on feedback from our vendor partners on when they can take on additional work, supply chain issues, etc. Team BT is ready to send we just are waiting for the thumbs up from our partners.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping within 3-7 days from order date, except for those ordered with black fittings. There is a delay for any can ordered with black fittings.

Black Fittings

We currently have 750 sets of fittings which have been at the powder coater for almost three weeks, that’s the hold up. Our powder coater informed us we will have those fittings in our facility this week.

We have several orders in black, orange and purple anodize (including matte colors on all of those) that are assembled and just waiting on the black fittings. As soon as those fittings come in your can will ship out within 24 hours.

Folks we apologize for the delay here, and rest assured our powder coating vendor partner is working hard to get everything caught back up.

Inventory Status

All inventory statues will be up to date in the store by Wednesday. Stock statuses can be found in the under the unit price of each product, under the “update price” button. We are manufacturing and replenishing a LOT of product right now in preparation for the holiday season, and those of you doing winter mods.

ETAs for Manufacturing Runs

Material is here or coming in this week so we can wrap up replenishing as well as shipping out back orders on the following products:

• ABS Covers (running now)
• Coil Pack Covers (going on the machine before the end of the month).
• Trackhawk Thermostat Housing (Water Neck)
• ID Plates
• Fuse box covers for Chargers, Challengers, Magnum and 300’s. We sell a ton of these every month and more material was ordered today.
• Coolant Tank Covers

PayPal Payment Reminder

As a friendly reminder about how you paid for your order. All PayPal Payments are instant. If you are not comfortable with PayPal’s instant transfer, many first time buyers aren’t, simply call us, we can help you with other arrangements. There is a lead time for most orders, yes, you will have to wait for our products. We understand when it comes to your cash trust is delicate. Just reach out, it’s no biggie.

However, if you file a dispute with PayPal without calling or emailing us, and your order has not shipped we will grant the immediate refund and cancel the order. We will not contest the dispute, we simply refund and cancel your order. There are no exceptions to this policy.

We are easy to work with and a hold of. You don’t have to chase us. Here is a link to our Payment Terms. Your emailed invoice has this link, and it is also in the footer of our website. Those of you doing some due diligence prior to purchasing will also find this information helpful.

Pending To Ship & Ready To Ship

If you see your order has moved to “Pending To Ship” Status it means your items are back in from finish and are in the final processes such as engraving and or assembly. Expect shipment to take placed within 3-5 business days or sooner.

If you see your order has moved to “Ready To Ship” Status your order will ship within 24 hours or within one business day.
