Manufacturing Update November 12, 2019

Welcome everyone and thank your for checking in.

On this, our 78th Update for 2019, you guys and gals certainly have kept us busy, and we still are not finished yet. Our heartfelt thank you for your support, your trust, and for allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences.

As we come up on The People’s Sale, happening on Thursday November 14th, we are completing current business and taking care of customer’s needs. This update will be more supplemental in nature to let you know what has gone out and come back in from outside finishes.

Colors In, Colors Out

Yellow, White, Matte Black, Purple and Matte Purple batches have come back in from plating and power coat. We sent batches of Standard and Matte Black out to Rick. Inventory Update

Inventory wise we are in excellent shape on everything, as we have been building lots of product leading up to Thursday’s big day. Coolant tanks are running now right though early December.

One product we have had a bit of a run on and caught somewhat off guard on is the ABS Covers. We had plenty of inventory coming in to the new month and had a flurry of sales on those selling our last one this morning. All orders placed as of 8:00 A.M. today are covered anything else will be manufacturing more again in early December.

Satin catch cans continue to ship in one to three business days of order placement.

Finishes: Anodize, Powder Coat and Factory Color Matches

Anodize and standard powder coated finishes are turning around within 7-14 days after we send the batches to finish. A huge thanks to our vendor partners for the great service, and excellent quality.

The only real bottleneck we are having is still on the limited factory match items, please allow 6-8 weeks. We are working with our vendor partner to try to pull these lead-times in. Be mindful of that lead time when ordering one of the factory match color items we currently offer.

We want to expand the number of color match options, but until the lead times improve, we will keep the current color options as is. However, we are looking at a possible dollar investment from our end (a partnership) to get those color match lead-times improved. Thank you all truly for your patience.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Finally if you see your order has come back in from finish please allow us 7-14 days to complete any final processes such as engraving or assembly to ship your orders to you.
