Manufacturing Update November 14, 2022

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to the first MFG Update of November 2022.

First our apologies for not getting an update out sooner. With the hurricane last week, and several of our staff members out during SEMA week, today is the day to get you up to speed.

We are going to keep it short today.

Colors In, Colors Out

Since our last update we have sent out batches of Racing Red Metallic, Yellow and Matte Black.

In the case of the matte black it came back in late Friday afternoon along with the standard black anodize that was on the Halloween MFG Update. The batch of Racing Red Metallic and Yellow that have returned to the shop are from September.

Old Factory Color Match

TorRed is the last of the old paint match that still needs to come back in. Nick Billet has been in touch with the painter and those parts are almost completed and ready to ship back to us. We should be seeing that batch back before Thanksgiving break.

Batches Still Out for Finish

• White Powder Coat is still out
• Purple and Matte Purple anodize still out
• Polish still out

Colors On Deck

The following finishes will be going to anodize this week:

• Red anodize
• Matte red anodize
• Black anodize
• Orange and matte orange anodize
• Clear anodize

Parts On Deck for Manufacturing

The following items we have received material in to begin inventory replenishing:

• PCV Covers
• Hellcat Water Necks
• Uni-Strut Covers
• Track Hawk, Durango and Ram TRX Coolant Reservoir covers
• 5.7, 6.1 and 392 Hemi Water necks

Inventory

We have inventory on hand all other products, including fuse boxes, in satin aluminum finish. Colors are shipping within standard lead-times with the exception of powder coat. However those delays at the powder coater should be easing here right after Thanksgiving.
