Manufacturing Update November 17, 2017

Happy Friday everyone.  As always we appreciate you and thank you for checking in and seeing what’s up here at the BT facility.  It’s our very best way to keep you up to speed on what has left for outside services and what has come back.  

Standard Red and Matte Red

For those of you who had product come back in with the red and matte red from the October 31st update we have the majority of the matte red out the door with the exception of a few items mostly customs.  

The standard red that came back on the October 31st update all catch cans will be shipped by November 20th.  Folks we appreciate you we had A LOT of product out to red in October over yes, one thousand unique pieces went.  We will have all that red that came in completed and out the door in the next several days.  

Black Items from October

The black that had come back in from October’s Manufacturing Updates schedule all but a handful of catch cans have shipped, and most of the under hood pieces have shipped or are wrapping up now.  Custom orders are in the queue and shipping.  

Lead Times and Holiday Gift Orders

As we enter our busy season and you see your order come back in from plate please allow us up to 15 business days to get the orders assembled and or engraved as well as packaged and shipped to you.  If you see your order has come back in and you need us to expedite it for you please call or email us so we can move you into the rush orders.  Especially as the holidays approach and if you have not let us know ahead of time your orders are holiday gifts this will help us help you.

Remember folks we are on your side and want you to receive the very best product without shortcuts or compromising our high standard of quality.  The one thing you will never hear out there in the land of the social webs is that Team BT puts out junk, we don’t.  Do you wait at times yes, absolutely, but the product will always be top shelf right onto the packaging of the items.  

Holiday Schedule

The Team will be attending an event today starting at 1:00 P.M., (11/17/17) EST., and will not be returning to the facility until Monday, November 20th with phone lines live at 6:00 A.M. EST.  We are also working a full schedule on Tuesday, November 21st (6:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. EST).  The shop will be closed for Thanksgiving from Wednesday, November 22nd and reopening again or normal business hours on Monday, November 27th.

Team BT is about family here and the holidays are about spending time with the people you love and care about.  We do not work our folks during the holidays, and we will never be open on Thanksgiving Day.  We hold our traditional sale before Thanksgiving and black Friday as well as Cyber Monday so our great crew can have that down time with loved ones.
