Manufacturing Update October 11th, 2017

Good afternoon once again everyone and welcome to the latest and greatest happening at the facility.

Today’s update will once again serve as a supplemental.  Please refer to the tables below to see where you may stand as it relates to the particular finish you are getting or if you have a satin can if you are in debur and assembly.  

Satin Catch Cans

On all satin cans when you see your item is live please allow 5-7 days for us to ship that package.  Many times you will receive a shipping notification prior to us even adding the item to the list on satin catch cans.   The amount of volume we do both to individual customers as well as our private label business essentially what we are doing is taking the orders that are pending package the day we write these updates and adding them on.  When in doubt please give us a call.  We are starting to turn the corner on the bottlenecks with this item as we come back fully on line after Hurricane Irma and have cleared out some schedule rearranging due to down time and as our supplier partners also put some distance in the rear view mirror so to speak.

Titanium, Green and Other Finishes

We are receiving our green and titanium back from October 2nd today and will begin the assembly of catch cans immediately after inspection as well as being any final operations such as engraving to get your package out the door as quickly as possible.  

Within the next week we will be going to the following finishes:

Hurricane Irma and Finishes

If you have an open order for any of the above finishes and it has not shipped please be patient as we prepare to get these orders out and ready to get coated or polished.  Here at BT our goal is to get you your items as quickly as possible and without compromise.  We work with the best suppliers and vendors in our area and we never rush the process to get exceptional results. We also are mindful that our partners too have suffered downtime in the last 4-5 weeks due to Hurricane Irma some with little delay, some with about a month’s delay just coming back up online now to full capacity.  

Coolant Reservoir Tank Cover

Finally we are taking orders for the 2011-2018 big coolant reservoir tank cover.  Satin orders will start to ship the week of October 16th and colors will start to go out this week to finish with shipments to start at the end of the month.  

Custom Engraving

Product Stock Status

Finally, all products are up to date in the store as far as stock status in each individual product.
