Manufacturing Update October 16, 2019

Good afternoon family and thank you for checking in. Today’s update will be brief, letting you know what has come back in, and gone out for finishes, as well as some stock status information. Let’s dive right in, and get started.

Stock Status Updates

Coolant Tank Covers:
As reported last week we sold out of the big coolant tank cover. We have material coming in the week of October 28th and will do another large production run on those just in time for the holidays.

EGR Deletes:
EGR Deletes are no more. We sold the last couple sets, and retired those to the BT Vault. If we have enough requests in the future we will entertain bringing that back on a limited run.

Where has the time gone? We introduced that part with the catch can way back in early 2007. We don’t sell many EGR Block off’s anymore, dribs and drabs, and as we always do our best to be on the level with you guys, our machine time is better served making products that move on a continual basis. Thank you to everyone who supported us on this product over the years.

Fuse Box Covers:
Fuse box covers all styles are back on the shelf in satin. Colors have started to come back and we are engraving and shipping those.

Catch Cans:
Satin catch cans are shipping within five days of order or sooner.

Anodize colors are shipping in approximately 14 days of ordering.

Power coating is staying pretty much on 20 business days with the exception of the factory match colors we are running about five weeks on those.

Colors In, Colors Out

Speaking of finishes Rick our plater is killing it and the turn around times are fantastic with the same amazing quality in both semi gloss anodize finishes and the matte finishes. He is staying ahead of us now at this point.

We received the batches of yellow, standard black, and blue and matte blue back from plating. We sent out batches of standard red anodize, and lime green metallic out for color.

Those of you ordering you are seeing your items coming to you in anodized colors complete in 2-4 weeks now. Some are shipping even faster. We work with the best partners to ensure we provide you with beautiful color finishes, and have since day one.

Destroyer Grey and Red Line Red are still out at finish. We should be seeing the redline red back by Friday, and hopefully the Destroyer Grey too, if not then, early next week.

BT Vault: Interior Pieces

Finally and just in time for the holidays! Interior items are in production again. Old and new favorites are coming out of the BT Vault, and back into production.

Some people forget that we have been on this platform since the since day one of the LX platform, going all the way back to 2004 and the in the summer of 2006, offering our products directly to you guys and gals. Interior items were the very first things we sold.

You can expect the same great BT Quality and for nearly half the price of whats currently being offered now by other brands. Keep checking in over the next couple weeks, and keep any eye on our instagram and facebook pages for photos to roll out shortly

You guys and gals have been keeping us so busy we are taking the brief breathing room we always have in October and the extra hours we are putting in by working a split crew this year to get these favorites back into the market again.

Finally if you see your order has come back in from finish please allow us 7-14 days to complete any final processes such as engraving or assembly to ship your orders to you.
