Manufacturing Update October 23, 2019

Good afternoon everyone. Thank you for checking in. The update will be short today to let you know what has come back in from plating and powder coating and we sent some Jazz Blue out as well. Some of you may already have your tracking numbers and parts in bound to you. Let’s get right at it.

Colors In, and Out

A batch of jazz blue went out today for finish. Some of those orders are older (hood props and some fuse boxes). We will get those wrapped up asap once we get them back from finish.

We received copper (all finishes), racing red metallic and standard red batches back earlier in the week. Some of these have already shipped. Of course standard lead time for final processes is required. If you have any questions, please call (561.582.6171) or email us, we’re happy to help.

Quick stock status update

Water Necks:
5.7, 6.1 and 6.4 water necks are back in stock in satin and colors on lead-time.

Coolant Tanks:
Family coolant tank material will be here the first week of November and I think it’s safe to say as we staring “counting down” towards the middle part of November we will be adding more material to keep them running.

Chips will start to fly on those sometime late the week of November the 4th and will run the entire month of November with the exception of the Thanksgiving break we will take from the November 27th thru Dec. 1st.

Interior Pieces:
We are making interior pieces right now, stay tuned in the next week to 10 days for some pictures. These will be ready just in time for the holidays, and Team BT will blow anyone away price wise and quality wise.

Interior parts are where we started way back in 2005. Old favorites and new ones will be coming out for the holiday season. These will be limited runs then back to the vault after December 31st.

Trackhawk Coolant Reservoir Covers:
Jeep Trackhawk Coolant reservoir covers are on the site ready to be ordered. We are in production now. Satin will be shipping mid November colors after Thanksgiving and into December. Find it HERE!

Trailer Hitch Covers and 30o Wing:
Trailer hitch covers will go on the machine the first week of November and the 300 wing we have enough now to do a small run and those are starting the first week of November too. Thank you all.

Catch Cans:
Satin catch cans are shipping in 3-5 days or sooner.

Anodize finishes are shipping will within the 20 days now. Many of you are seeing your shipments go out in 15 days or sooner.

Powder coating, and the factory match color powder coating, is running about 5-6 weeks more so on the factory match. We are doing all we can to work with our supplier partner on the factory matching to get those parts in quicker. We are sending extra pieces in each lot batch to get some of those colors on the shelf (especially some of the popular under hood items, and catch cans) for the holidays.

Valve Covers:
All other products we have inventory on with the exception of valve covers. Next run will be in late January (tentative) next year so if you need or want a set we are looking at sometime in February. If you need them now you will need to look at other choices in the market place. We appreciate all of you who inquire and actually have placed your orders knowing you will wait. Thank you all truly.
