Manufacturing Update October 27, 2023

Good afternoon everyone. Thank you for you support and trust. We appreciate that you have choices and we thank you always for continuing to choose our brand. Does it take time? Yes it does.

2023 has been a trying year from many different points. Finally as we hit in to the closing months of the year we have all of our equipment back up and running after taking months to get parts and electronics so we are catching up on rebuilding inventory quickly now and the factory color match on the paint is moving steady now on many of the older back ordered stuff.

Factory Color Match

Speaking of the factory color match the paint is moving well on all the old back orders. We have gotten so many parts back in from paint, anodize and powder coat over the past month we are back logged in engraving (literally). Just please be patient we absolutely promise it’s so worth the wait.

Colors In

Since we last visited with you we have had a lot of stuff come back in from finishes. Standard red anodize, black anodize, octane red paint match, polish, indigo blue and destroyer gray. See the tables below to find your order. If it has not already shipped to you yet and its back be patient as stated we have a LOT of stuff in the shop engraving.

The following finishes are still out at powder coating:

• Racing Red Metallic from 09.22.23
• White from 09.22.23

Colors Out

We have sent out the following batches for color/finish: Clear/Matte Clear, TorRed, Octane Red and Polish. Please check the tables below this article for details.

Batches On Deck

Folks we will definite do another MFG Update next week as we have a BUNCH of orders going out on the following finishes:

• Black Anodize including matte black.
• Blue Anodize including matte blue.
• Purple Anodize including matte purple.
• Orange Anodize Including matte orange.

Inventory | Manufacturing Runs

As mentioned all machines are up and running in the shop and that means we are playing catch up on a lot of product. We will have most everything replenished and restocked the first full week of November! This will put us in good shape heading into the holidays. All inventory status on each individual product has been updated also.

Below is a quick inventory status update for those of you who have been waiting on some items that have been on back order:

Coil Pack Covers

Coil pack covers have been manufactured. We have manufactured enough sets to fill ALL open orders and have a dozen sets on the shelf ready for new business. Satin machine finish sets started to ship this week. We do have several sets in color here that will be going on for engraving in the next week or so.

We will have another manufacturing run of these again in November.

Throttle Body Covers

Throttle Body Covers (2013-23) are shipping in satin. Colors have started to go to finish. The 05-10 style will be machined late next week. They will begin shipping in satin finish late the first week of November.

This will be the final run for the 2005-2010 Throttle Body Covers. We sell maybe a handful a year now and they will go back in to the BT Vault and retired.

Uni-Strut Covers

Uni-Strut covers finally are on the machine. Satin will begin shipping late next week, with colors going off for finish all through November. We will have sets on the shelf ready for the holiday season.

PCV Covers

PCV covers are also on a machine. Shipping will start first week of November and colors will start heading to finishes all through November.

Fuse Box Covers

Fuse box covers are always in production. We have low stock on the Ram and Jeep Fuse box covers as we sell a whole bunch of those every month. The good news is material will be here Monday (10/30) and we will get them on the machine and manufacturing on Monday.

Sigma Radiator Cap Covers

These have been manufactured and on the shelf, ready to ship in satin machine finish.

We have colors that came in with the color batches in the tables below and they are shipping. We also have inventory on the shelf moving forward

Coolant Tank Covers

We had several polish sets ship out this past week. We have satin sets getting ready to ship. Thank you for your patience friends.

Having our middle Mazak (where we run these) down for several months has really put us behind. We are manufacturing sets to fill all orders and have right around 75 on the shelf moving in to the holiday season.

Catch Cans

Catch cans in satin machine finish are shipping in 3-5 days from ordering. We have plenty satin finish catch cans in stock.

If you need your can shipped the next business day from ordering just let us know. If ordering by phone tell the BT Rep you need it shipped ASAP, or if ordering online drop a note in the comments box and we will take care of that for you.

Classic BT Under Hood Caps

We are out stock on radiator caps, oil caps and washer fluid caps. Material is here and we will be running those the second week of November again with shipping in satin starting the week of November 13th. On the washer fluid caps that also includes the older version 05-10 model years.
