Manufacturing Update September 11, 2019

Good afternoon everyone. We have a very brief update to let you guys know what has come in from plating, and what has gone out.

Colors In, Colors Out

The team received the standard black, blue and matte blue batches from the update we posted earlier in the week.   We sent a round of orange and matte orange out also. We should have those parts back in early next week.

A big thank you to our supplier partners on finishes for turning our stuff around so quickly over the past month without compromising quality.

Catch Cans

Satin catch cans continue to ship within a couple days of placing your orders. We are starting to send more cans out for color in each batch, so that we have more colors in stock, and on the shelf. We move so much of that product that even when we do have extras out by the time we get them back they are sold. Please know how much your support and business means to us especially with all the knock off product out there.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Folks if you see your order has come back in from finish please allow us 7-14 days to complete any assembly or final processes such as engraving prior to shipping your items to you.
