Manufacturing Update September 27, 2018

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the final MFG Update for September, and of the 3rd quarter of an amazing 2018! We here at Team BT cannot even begin to thank you enough for the support, love and (most importantly) trust which you have placed in our people, and our brand, this year.

We understand that you are anxious for your parts, and we want you to know we value you even more so knowing you have a choice and you choose to bring your hard earned dollars here to us. Please know your BT Team is working hard without compromising quality as are our vendor partners to bring you the very best products.

Product Stock Statuses

We still have some product that is out of stock and we are running a bit behind on getting some of these items in to the machines due to some scheduling conflicts and the reorganization of our shop as we prepare to add another CNC and some improvements in general to make our crew more efficient and your experiences better.

Some of these time frames may have pushed out since the last update but we should be a lock moving forward. With that will address what we still need to manufacture and new ETA’s on each product:

Water Necks

Water necks for 5.7, 6.1 392, Hellcat, Demon and Trackhawks we have had to move out from machining to start the week of September 14th to the week of October 8th. Delivery in satin on these should start again late the week of October 22nd. We are close to getting the Trackhawk water neck released.

If you have followed along early FCA has 3 different versions for the Trackhawk and we will have a solid piece and have a design that will work with each one. There will be no “plugs” therefore, this will ensure no leaking. A design we are holding close at the present time due to the “copy cats” out there.

You know when you come to BT you will get a well thought out part, designed by our engineers, and machined by the amazing talented crew here at the shop. We do not make junk, and we do not copy other companies hard work. Do it right yourself with something well thought out that someone else has not done or just don’t do it.

Strut Covers

Strut covers both uni-strut and Devo style strut covers we also had planned to start machining this week but we have to push out two more weeks. Satin will start to ship middle of October.

Coolant Tank Covers

The big coolant tank covers in satin are shipping again starting with today’s update, and colors will begin to go to plate next week. We have everyone who has a current order in with us accounted for, and we have inventory on the shelf moving forward.  We also are doing custom engraves on the rounds we machined in August that are coming in and have come in from colors now.  Look for your tracking numbers to start to hit your inboxes now on those.

We will begin work on the 05-10 model years in October. These units are moving like crazy and this 3rd and final revision that fits and stays on all 11 and up vehicles its truly a work of art. You push us to be better than what we can be and we can’t thank you enough for that.

EGR Delete Kits

EGR Deletes will be on the machine next week and will be shipping all back orders within 7-10 days.

Catch Cans

Catch cans are in continual production and as we have stated prior we have a very robust private label business as well as selling to you guys and gals direct. We have plenty of inventory and we continue assembly and sending out product to colors in batches daily.   As you know as soon as we send product to color your order will appear on one of our product tables that we post each week when it goes out and comes back.  When in doubt just reach out to us via phone or email.

Today’s update includes all individual satin catch can orders that have not shipped as of today and the ETA to ship.

Need a color can sooner? Same thing please call (561.582.6171) or email us so we can get you out before the standard lead-time or sooner (we do all in our power to make that happen).

Catch Can Brackets

Along with the catch cans we are continually getting just in time runs of all style brackets and quick connect systems for the product on and off the machines to keep things flowing. We build well over 1k cans per month and with our new Mazak lathe coming in October you will really see improvements coming on delivery both satin and colors as we move into the holiday season.

Lone Star Mopar Fest Orders

Finally we have several orders wrapping that will be delivered just in time for those of you needing them by Lone Star Mopar Fest, the fall finale taking place in Houston, Texas October 11-13. Team BT is excited to come and gather with you as enthusiasts and as “Friends of Lone Star Mopar Fest” where its always no gimmicks, and well run fun. Trust us when we tell you, you do not want to miss it and we hope to see you there!

ICE ICE Baby

We are excited and have more expansion plans coming into the new year that we will be talking about with you very soon! You guys and gals have stood by our company as we battled the infringement and ICE situation and not only did you walk with us through that together we have had our best year ever this year and its not even over yet. Will be making an announcement about the “infringement” and ICE situation here in the coming days as well so please stay tuned for that!
